I wish I could share your optimism but it’s going to be a minimum 5 yr slog to get this puppy back upto some semblance of a reasonable investment. It’s current state is an absolute dog of a share constantly battling headwinds and now hurricanes. Any good news is conversely whacked with bad news so long term investors are plain weary. For me this share is for two generations down the road. Thanks

I’m watching carefully the Ryanair sp..... it’ll be a case of smash and grab. I’ll buy next week. The SP is getting culled but when all said and done re Corona and the Max issue eventually sorted , I’m a hell of a lot confident on a serious return as against the dog we all follow here. Leamyk must be like a spent salmon with the ecstasy of our beloved BKIR hitting the floor. No feed back re is it a take over possibility or is this share for the grandkids to have framed on their bed room wall as a memory like the titanic .

Sunday times mention a 20% drop in profits compared to previous but an increased dividend. I think the SP is factored in to reflect same. She’s some dog of a share after all our wishful thoughts.

Powerange - yes we have a huge housing problem but there’s a serious section out their that milk the social welfare system. I’d a tenant last year that was HAP. My prediction was spot on the share price would fall off a cliff. A leftist / marxist IRA overlord infused government will destroy any inward investment. The middle classes will be taxed out of it with 57% tax regimes in situ to start. Brexit is bad enough but a British government will NOT enter into any trade deal with the south with a leftist government who have nothing but bile and derision towards the UK. SF have played a very Shrewd game using their foot soldiers to permeate into the disadvantaged communities to get hem to vote when otherwise they be usually be apathetic to voting. Radar I hear what you say . My concern is with SF In power disinvestment and their desire to tax the hell out of anyone earning over 100k will leave a large hole in an already shaky economy. My fear is we go back to the Richie Ryan days of savage taxes to pay for everyone to have a free house..... which will lead to a black economy and capital fleeing the country. I’m seeing zero positives now re the SP and see the sp tanking badly soon based on political change. Agree with FG FF brought nothing to the table and people want change. Will the change that SF bring to the table if they get the reins be fair and equitable or will the country be charged down a route of a socialist left wing outfit that be a struggling outpost on Western Europe .
