Having said that though, the SP has moved up well in the past few days and is certainly at a great premium to those, like me, that bought in 12-18 months ago. So, I cannot complain.

I believe there are some on this board that are just after 'get rich quick' stocks. So, any sign of deflation in SP or low movement upwards creates anxiety and worry, hence the board being used to relieve this emotion to others.

Let's face it, in my opinion, boards are simply used to give or receive emotion - and I include myself in this. But it shouldn't be the place or only place you go to and that ownership of one's buying or selling decisions, regardless of performance, is staring at you in the mirror.

On the contrary, I think the regularity of updates is fine as is. If this were a start-up, like Xtract Resources or Caerus Minerals, I would expect regular market updates. But for JLP, an established and profit-making company, there is no need unless its market sensitive and key/relevant information.

What's happened?

I go away from my SharePad screen at 21p for a dentist appointment, only to get back and find the SP has moved considerably when it was on the down.

Any ideas?

There's alot of emotion on this board. First rule of investing is not to get emotionally attached. Take responsibility for your own investment decisions, rather than blaming others/company etc.

I disagree. We should and will go back to less testing once this variant is confirmed as only causing mild symptoms....like flu and colds do. And we will do in my opinion come January.

IMO we will dispense with the tests and open up everything again....and much sooner than you think. This is when the variant is confirmed as not a concern, although highly transmissible, only causes mild symptoms. Therefore, no justification to have these restrictions and we are ok not to test as intensive as we are now.

So, the uptick in tests will be very short-term, nothing to get excited about, and the SP settling around the 2.7-3p mark is justified re market cap. Shouldn't be rated higher than this based on fundamentals.

Suggest if you haven't done so already, listen to The Mercia Podcast on Soundcloud, which has a very insightful conversation with PM - its 42 mins, but gives you alot of background on MHC and also PM as an individual and how she thinks and operates.

I would have thought that at as long as they are getting paid, then that's good enough for them. I don't think they will be losing sleep over stuff that is outside of their control.

You clearly haven't been following the various interviews done recently. Highlighting c.two-year timeline, which is in line with IPO, so am not sure what you were expecting at this stage in the company's development - if 3x 5x 10x in months, you are invested in the wrong company.
