I am assuming a trading update is therefore expected within the next 10 days to coincide with confirmation of the first dividend payment amount....

Should always have an exit plan before investing and stick to it in my opinion.

Taking profit and not being greedy is also important. And then move on to the next stock / investment and ignore and rises/dips in the stock you have just sold out of as it's now irrelevant.

Yep, the fundamentals are good. EBITDA in profit, increase in turnover - its all good news. The technicals....well, we can't do anything about that. This will sort itself out in the medium term I believe.

I agree, market sentiment is not good at the moment and likely to be this way for some time. Movement out of stocks and into bonds & cash is happening. All markets getting battered, including those like MHC who release very positive RNSs - that's just the way things are at the moment. Best thing to do is switch off the price monitor and go and do something more productive. Staring at the screen watching the prices go down ain't gonna help things get better.
