Yes you are reading it right, and this has always been the case, so no shareholder in their right mind would vote against it, so i really saw this as great news.

Lots of buys came in after it was announced and then it dropped way back and I'm not sure why...

Yes it is very good news and what we was waiting for.

Nobody is going to vote against the resolutions and its the next step so i am now even more confident this finally goes ahead!

This is the next step of the takeover, and was expected. This is what i have been waiting for, the resolutions will pass and we will move forward with the RTO.

I don't think it will take long before this moves back to 10p+.

Like he said a few times, it is now moving from a loss making company to a profitable business, and to even talk about dividends is quite a statement!

LG or Samsung would be huge, i coudlnt see they had over 100k employees, but it looks like they do taking in to account all subsidaries etc.

Agreement with tier 1 is incredible!

I could only find 3 companies with over 100k employees:

- Panasonic (200k employees)

- BYD (700k employees)

- CATL (130k employees)

Any of these are announced would be absolutely mind blowing on potential.

It also means they get put on the map and others start to flock and look for agreements also!

What a mad price to sell! I am in the same boat as you happily take as much as possible if it was 1.5p!

Topped up again today, been buying from 33p down to 25p and then back up to 40p.
