I was surprised to not see a better reaction this morning, however i do believe the MM's still have a chunk of shares to offload, also we have a month until we can do anything with the funds, so some holders may be jittery how we even make it through to 28th.

I truly believe the next few weeks it will have some minor ups or downs, due to the overhang, interviews etc, but if we fast forward to June and we have had news on the use of funds from CRML (hopefully the price keeps rising and we slowly exit for a nice amount), especially regarding CLN's, glencore, LOHUM, site visits and just the future of where the business is going, i think we could have a serious re rate due to the confidence in the business growing.

I will be ever the optimist but that's my 2 pence for what it is worth!

The comment he was quoting was the amount of shares GBML will have locked in, not TM1.

Hope that clears it up.

Stockbox confirmed interview has been done with CEO as well so hopefully that is out this week!

Definitely not giving much away and leaving door open for fundraise, however so many projects, only need one of them to kick of or be sold.. the market cap is so low, i dont see much downside in my opinion.

The disparity between the two here is insane! about £40 of shares sold, with around £75k bought!

Be interesting to know how much more stock they need to keep up with the buys..

That is a hell of a fall from grace, but the backing of DCB and no desire to let it fail, especially with contacts of Beckham...

Think it will be on more peoples radar after the rise yesterday, but the market cap is peanuts.

Would like to see it get to 2m market cap ... so about 0.3 id like to hope for short to mid term....

I agree, im confused as to why it wouldnt be pproved, the sale has completed as per the below, i may be mistaken here but i am confused as it also notes the number of shares held in escrow:

"The Transaction is effected by the sale of 100% of the issued share capital of LRH Resources Limited ("LRH") held by the Company to European Lithium. The Transaction is to be settled through the transfer to Technology Minerals of 1,371,742 shares held by European Lithium in Critical Metals Corp (Nasdaq: CRML) ("CRML"), a leading mining company focused on mining critical metals and minerals, calculated at 90% of the closing market price of the shares on the day before the signing of the Heads of Agreement as announced on 22 April 2024 (the "Consideration Shares"), such shares valued at US$10 million at that date. 137,174 of the Consideration Shares will be transferred by the Company to Chang Turkmani a director of the Company, under an Introducer's Commission Agreement. The Consideration Shares will be locked in and held in escrow until 28 February 2025."

I am in agreement with you, the gambler in me has added some more today at these levels, but it is clear that the new few weeks will be make or break. Average is 0.0024 now, so need at least 100% to break even!

Got to be in it to win it, if it comes up i will be laughing, if it doesn't we wipe our mouth and move on.

ever the optimist and believe meeting on the 31st agrees the deal and CRML shares are still rising :D

I honestly think looking over this more and more, at this level with the prospects on the horizon, it has to be worth a punt at this level...

could be huge upside or could fold but i like the chances..
