That's all the app's needed. Don't know why they are spending millions on defunct apps when then didn't need to. Yes there is always room for improvements and new features, to sit back while they combining them is total joke. What they should have done is to start branding and marking each product (referencing each other). What they have done is nothing, ask any Napster user what they know about "MelodyVR2 and they will reply WHO. Something need to be done, AM the BOD are clueless, what's Nicky L been paid to do, make AM's tea. They are a shower of, well you know what I mean. You can have the worse product in the world but if you brand/market it correctly, users won't be able to get enough of it. When the cash starts rolling in you can do R&D and major updates. Borrowing money of Tom, Dick and Harry is the worst thing they have ever done. Who's the next mug to loan them more money, because they are going to need it the way they are going.

HR you can have your opinion but the app will not increase the SP. This company has 2 products and they need to be marketed and branded separately. Just because something happened previously (due to the hype) its not necessarily going to happen again. This company should have continued to promote and release new live content, they failed and I feel other will fill the gap. That's what you get when you put a sound engineer in charge, the only sound thing he can do is resign.

I done think it will fold but I can see the SP getting to around 1.20 within 3 weeks. I might buy back in, but only if I see AM been thrown out of the office

Everyone is waiting around for an app, If you think this will be the solution then, you are all living in cuckoo land. All an app does is deliver the content just like the current apps. Seems the VR part has been suspended so what's the new app going to bring, diddly squat.

Most users will listen to music on their mobile devices, is the new app going to make it sound any better. I think AM has watched too many movies and believes if you build it they will come. The company has lost it's way, it doesn't know the direction it's moving in, doesn't know how to brand its products.

AM and the BOD are totally destructive and Incompetent.

This company does not need a sound engineer it needs professional people and immediate exposure. FORGET THE APP.

KL don't hold your breath. The company could fold before any app is released. By the time the app is ready they may have sold Napster to Virgin for £1 or pay someone to take it

Reflecting back, I am happy I sold up, otherwise I would have been down around 70%. I really feel for the LTH, IMO they have been scammed from day one, with words like 'SOON'. The AM hasn't a clue how to run a company let alone an international one, he is totally out of his depth, constantly changing the direction of the company and it's name.

Looking in from the outside now, it seems that the direction is Napster and the VR is side-lined or gone. No shows since December 2020, that tells you everything you need to know. AM has driven this company into a wall, there is now way of repairing it without further dilution.

After a number of week of panic I sold my shares last week (1k lose). Seeing the news was I right to sell. That's me all over

I am in two-minds whether to sell my shares at a 2k loss; my reasoning is that I have reading comments from posts where predictions have come true about the share prices. Generally I wouldn't read into all of this but my money is disappearing fast. I do think MVR have a future but I am not sure those at the heart of the company know where they are going. If you go to Napster the company information page still says the old company. It would take 5 minutes to change the details of the web page.

I would like to ask a few questions if someone could answer.

1. I think the lack of shareholder information by MVR could be a cause to why the share is flat lining, surely, they should be held responsible?

2. Directors have a responsibility that they must act in the company’s best interests to promote its success. I do not see that do you?

3. Why are they not marketing Napster?

4. What shareholder rights do we have?

5. What action can we take if we banded together?

6. Why shouldn't I sell?

I had nothing to do last week, has a result I did a bit of soul searching after reading many of the posts written by the known keyboard warriors. I am now starting to feel I am in the wrong camp, just maybe they are right. Digesting these Britannica encyclopedia posts, I have come to the conclusion that I must sell my share holding (FreeTrade - 1 share) If I am reading things correct I will have more luck elsewhere. So hope I get a good price when the share sells at 3pm on FreeTrade. I will be putting it all on the Favorite (Kempton 4:15). Hope it wins, would like to invest in something else.

Does another one know any companies that are selling land on Mars, could be a good investment (good fertile land, no soil erosion and plenty of water) .

Mel I have to agree with you, yes MVR is global company but it's roots are in the UK and they should at least attempt in reach the UK audience. Social media is fine if you have the userbase/followers but MVR don't have that reach yet. Would they have been more ticket sales if MVR had done some TV ads for the Liam Gallagher show? I read the BBC article (link posted this morning) they was no mention of MVR. Why?

The sheep said "this is Massive Gamble", I would somewhat agree with the latter word. Like any share, it's a gamble.

So much positivity and negativity on this board and yet we are all clueless. Everyone has their reason to buy/sell and will use their own tactics to try to influence the SP.

I decided to buy close to 10k, not because of what I have researched but the concept, the potential. IMO it's not a gamble, it's a sure thing, only got to make a 1p profit.
