I asked freetrade about divi payments. Funnily enough they couldn't be ar.sed to answer.

As a result of US government sanctions, our US custodian has restricted Buy Orders for Russian securities or securities where the underlying assets are denominated in Russia.
Unfortunately, we can’t execute Buy Order for any of these impacted stocks.

Probably freetrade. That platform is garbage as it doesn't offer you a price. You press the quote button and it just sells. Its the only way to get an idea of the price over there by buying for the minimum with no dealer charges applying
