I hope you are well. I am unable to give a view on timing. The new Scheme proposal is with the ICC and the FCA and once we have a confirmed route forward we will issue the Practice Statement Letter to all creditors which will be made public. Our view is that the customer committee needs to reach a conclusion without outside influence so we have not disclosed details.

Truthful factory its pretty much 12 months since the brown bs and pumping by cave cost a lot of us big by been sucked into this farce at nearly 7p a share.. now a tenth of that and brown laughed all the way to the bank. Shocking outfit which I wouldn't touch again with a bargepole. Only hold 200000 shares as pointless selling at a ridiculous loss.. as for the thought of topping this turd up to average down. Erm no thanks
