I reckon the next key dates are...
1. Donovan 2 - JV due diligence to conclude with Capstone (circa 23rd Oct)
2. Hammersley - Assay results from sampling (end Oct)

We'll also maybe have more clarity re the Fed's stimulus and impact on metals. So next month will be key.

Yet Alba is on a blast with little news in comparison. I think maybe it's just because it's a local mine? (Luckily I'm in there too though). UFO has far more potential though imho

D1664. No offense taken at all. I think we're pretty much on the same page. For my part I'd like to see the jv with Capstone agreed and a sp rise to the circa 1.5p would be a good base and give me a little more comfort. Anything beyond that would be a nice bonus. I'd like to see us start making progress with the resources we have now as much as getting our hands on new projects. All the best

Completely agree with you on all points. My Covid ref was just an exemplar that anything can happen and we can't predict the future. I'm in for the long haul and hope for the best but will constantly reassess as things progress and change (as they inevitably will). Good luck to us all. It could be an exciting ride!

I agree with you Nap... It certainly has the potential in terms of resources and the management team to exploit them, but there's a lot that can happen over 3 to 5 years... and nothing is guaranteed. After all who new about covid19 this time last year?

If I'm honest I wasn't really expecting fireworks today off the back of EH news as its been fairly well signposted and probably priced in. Also as others have stated it's the JVs that are key in terms of realising the assets and I think the fireworks are more likely once we get confirmation of a JV. However I did think we'd see a bit of a lift in sp today so a tad disappointing. Nevertheless it hasn't dampened my enthusiasm as I think UFO has incredible long term potential. GLA

The EH deal is for 200M shares plus another 50M warrants, so about 9% of current shares in issues..

The mtg starts at 10am AWST, which is 7hrs ahead of us, so 3am our time. If it is a straightforward slam dunk then we could have an RNS first thing.... but probably a mid day update is perhaps more likely?

That's a fair point Myavian, but I suppose it's a similar amount of shares to the last placement and at least this time we'll be getting a shiny silver mine as part of the deal. Let's hope that the KMG shareholders are cute enough to see the long term benefits of holding? Either way I think we all want EH in our hands

Having been on the KMG site and read their AGM notes to shareholders I think they'd be mad not to approve the deal. It looks like they have explored other options for raising the cash to exploit the mine, but the KMG BoD's recognise Alien metals has being the best deal with the least dilutive effect for their Shareholders. Moreover they will get 200M shares and 50M further warrants in UFO which at today's price is a tidy sum and will also give them exposure to our wider range of resources (which as we all know are looking very promising and provide a wider base than just silver). I think the ongoing JV due diligence announcement for D2 makes this even more attractive for them and was very well timed news - clearly Bill new what he was doing announcing this ahead of their AGM.

Back in July D. Brady forecast this drop in metals and miners in the short term, but went on to forecast a mid to longer term bonanza based on amongst other things an expectation that the fed will 'turn on the taps' ahead of the US elections in November.... link below fyi...

Guess it's squeaky bum time at the moment, but as others have said on here, UFO has superb fundamentals, a management team that are on the ball, a number of key dates lining up to hopefully deliver good news and a number of projects primed and ready to start drilling/exploration. I'm sitting tight, have a small amount of cash in reserve to buy on any dips but ultimately strapping myself in to my seat in the hope of the booster rockets kicking in. DYOR & GLA.

Back in July, D. Brady previously predicted this drop in gold, silver and miners etc.. with an expectation of the Fed 'opening the taps' again ahead of the US election in Nov. He then predicted a huge surge forward for metals and minors....
