Andy and co, before ;)) sealing the deal........lol
:))
Nice one Jarv
they will be looking for a winner, more bad news for them on the back of the
Tiwi Islanders getting Barossa blocked by the courts.
Simple solution, still build their funded 300m pipeline 2 duplication pipeline
with Chuditch as the Hub and bypass the Tiwi Islands, to produce Barossa
and Chudtich, plus anything else their JV partner comes up with in Block P
which is sandwiched between , Chuditch and Sunrise licenses.......
Also keeps their conversion of current Darwin - Bayu original pipeline to
output of wastes and carbon capture, back on track......
Hannibal Smith , lighting up once more..........

Not forgetting, now the Northern Metinaro LPG and LNG Tank farms are under
the newly implemented , office of Infrastructure planning and development
(Tasi Mane name dropped - was all south coast) with a wider all Island scope
is up for development.
Who is going to supply the Gas for that near Dili , Island Gas/LNG Import facility
to feed its 3 being converted to gas power stations, with a mission of stable
electricity supply to all of the Island.
Not Sunrise, that's Darwin or Beaco and the original plan was to co-locate the
Import fac with the 1-4 String Export fac at Beaco
Now 2 separate projects, one near term , the other sometime possibly never.......GLA
:))))))))))
BM , is right, we are entering an expected news rich period, which includes
more importantly, what deals and announcements the Island itself make.
possible near term

more recent articles in Reuters , have stated November.....
Those in the bid round, have not signed off, they were supposed to complete
by Jun/July 2022. ANPM recently will now be signed off by end of 2022 (ring
any bells) to Feb 2023 (like us ALL waiting on Sunrise PSC it would appear)

For those not familiar with what the Island want on the South Coast, here is a revised

as you will see , timetable slipping, the 2011 plan was, petroleum revenues, would support
the development of all other sectors growth, looking at beyond hydrocarbon days.........
3rd stage: 2017-2023 This will include the completion of the first phase of the refinery project and
the extension of the Betano - Beaço Highway.
The LNG plant, Nova Viqueque and Nova Beaço will be constructed and the regional Viqueque
airport will be refurbished and enlarged.
4th stage: 2024-2030 This includes the third phase of the Suai Supply Base; the second and third
phases of the petroleum administration city; continued growth of petrochemical industries; and
further expansion of the LNG-plant to accommodate additional trains if further gas discoveries are
made.
The first phase of the LNG-Plant development will establish a production capacity of 5 million tonnes
per annum (MPTA) or one train, which may be expanded in the future to a capacity of up-to 20 MTPA
or four trains.

However, President José Ramos-Horta, who won the general election in January 2022 and returned
to the presidency in May, remains cautious, saying that formal membership for the nation will “not
happen tomorrow” and could still take several years.
Also threated ASEAN with China and his good friend Xi Jinping
could support them much quicker

They have a plan to convert the islands domestic supply from diesel to
gas/lng-power stations- electricity for all, much earlier than 2028
Someone has to supply the gas and expensive imports from elsewhere would defeat
the object of switching, to save millions per annum as stated in Parliament.
local gas the answer, as is Chuditch, if they are thinking straight.....GLA
:))
Forget Barons snail paced timetable, they are a minnow, a new real offshore
operator, will fast track to it's own much quicker time frame.
The 3 Major's next door, spent over $400 million before mothballing sunrise
in 2004 (about a billion in 2022 money) Chuditch is as big.......
It's all about , who we get knocking on the door, or taking us out........
as previous posters, after clarity on monetisation.......
;))
Yes
they need cheap local gas for their domestic plans, was supposed to be
facilities co-located with Beaco Export Fac, the Import Fac for Domestic
now to be built in the North.
ANPM and Timor Gap Noc (funded by Gov) both only recently published their 2021
Annual reports, after we made our announcement (strange timing)
In it made mention at last of Sundagas and Chuditch progress, which suggests
they are on board with SG's plans for FPSO........
They have made announcements for big budget increases in the coming years
after 2 years of budget CUTTING, why , were is the money coming from ?
once more, revenues and taxes , plus domestic supply via Chiditch , is the only
thing that makes sense.........
That 1 billion increase for the Infrastructure budget in 2024, is not going to come
from increased Coffee sales (its next biggest thing)
;))
