Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
As a counter....individuals such as yourself is the reason the country is in a state. How is your EUA tip going? Repeatedly pushing your assertion of great things to come when they were circa 20p but now trading at 1.5p but according to you you can't be questioned because you are always right....
At at 10.23 am when other trades were around 18.8p it is most definitely a buy. We all know something....you are to be ignored.
Did my cheeky top up at 13.85p following CWRs recent news and associated bad day for ITM and AFC. I was dropping my car off at the garage and couldn't get back to my laptop quick enough.
I think hydrogen for heat via a boiler must be the most efficient as current domestic condensing gas boilers start around the 90% mark with the better ones over 95% efficient. Hydrogen for electric power production however is definitely most efficient via fuel cells. I think gas turbine power stations / the grid struggles to hit 25%. We are over 60%.
So in my simple mind we should still go for a full switch to 100% hydrogen via the current natural gas network to heat our homes. And locally distribute our fuels cells in replacement of our current substations as the most efficient way of getting the telly to work.
Question to ade (the genus).....did I just ramp?
I got into AFC at the IPO so 15 ish years ago. The only reason I started to post was due to Beaufort being shut down - hence my profile name. So held for maybe 11 yrs before my first post - I'm not checking on the dates.
What's more interesting is the speed at which this positive thread gets buried.....
I agree, 6 yrs is definately not short term but 6 months is. Alas the journey some of us have been on those 6 yrs no doubt felt like an awful lot more.
Risky you seemed to have answered your own question. 1 - Its great technology. 2 - I fear for the SP short term.
Ignoring my own opinion - we have been endorsed by the commercial world through numerous partnerships we have picked up throughout the past 12 months or so and not just once but three times have we been endorsed by one of the best companies we could have partnered with. You invested in AFC to hopefully fundamentally change your life and you admit that it is great technology - of the green type that will be in global demand and given you have been in for 6 years or so of what importance is the SP short term. We are poles apart from the seriously frustrating and worrying times we have been through. This is the best and worst of times - going commercial during a pandemic is unfortunate but the global need is palpable. In my opinion it's only a time thing and I don't care if my prediction takes another year as it's still a seriously healthy return. Good luck in your decision!
I think we all agree that fuel cells will form a large part of future energy use. The no brainer being the dirty shipping industry as an almost certainty. It appears we may well have the most flexible chemistry to accommodate the cheapest gaseous version of hydrogen (3 9s) or that which is cracked out of ammonia (cheaper to transport). We also seem to have very low amounts of expensive materials within our system. Electrical efficiency has been stated at 60 plus percent which is at the top end of fuel cells I seem to have read. We know we have a working product. Personally I think fuel cells are going to be pervasive and I would much rather have a boat load of shares in a company that manages to tick all the above....oh I have yay.
I don't post often as I must have something wrong with me as haven't any of the concerns that I read daily - seemingly hourly from some. The first ABB RNS got me to a confidence level of high 90s%. The second RNS slammed me into 99.999% confident and its just a time thing now.
Personally I haven't stopped smiling ever since the ABB data centre RNS - regardless of the sp movements.
Just my thoughts obviously.
ABB Electrification did tweet though..."Launching soon, the world's most powerful EV charger, designed around the needs of today's EV driver. Watch this space for more info...."

Related to AFC?
How many more of these sizable trades will we see before 5th May?
Not sure about proactive but.....'Look out for an exclusive interview with Adam Bond, CEO of AFC Energy, on the company's involvement in Extreme E next week on H2 View' :)

From my experience they do hold stock and take positions. My broker at Hoodless Brennan which became Beaufort would often highlight various shares they had taken positions in. However I have no idea as to the values involved.
That was it Tetrolite, I knew I wasn't quite right on the name. Yes a very venomous character, not so wordy as the similarly negative Bmac.
Am I right in saying Strontium posted as Seiboldi on ii when it used to be a good bulletin site?
I wonder if the deramper that was Spongebob ended up buying in?.....thats for the 10+ Yrs holders.
From IPO for my sins at 23p or 23.5p from memory with 5k shares is where my storey starts. Bought these in a swath of green investments. Polyfuel / Acta / Voller / ceramic fuel cells etc etc
The one quote / statement that stuck with me was something along the lines of.....we won't go commercial until we can make a profit...... Very exciting times indeed. Well done to all long time holders!
Well as we are gaining Twitter followers at about three times the pace of CWR It appears we are doing something right.
We just lost the race to 1900 but embarrassed them on the race to 2000. We are 5 away from the finish line and Ceres is now 65 away.
Its only a soft indicator but interesting done the less.
I have just come across lots of ExtremeE videos on Continental Tyres website.....they are a major backer of the series it appears.
