It’s also worth noting, that by the 27th of January they will have had the same amount of time again processing so it’s fair to say that there is a possibility the sp will be up another ~ 15% by next Tuesday

Thanks Jerry, I meant GDXJ rebalancing as to get back to the 4.9% they held prior to the Newmont reverse takeover. Completely out of my depth here but obviously 4.9% of 13 billion would mean they needed 637 million ish at least that’s what my calculator tells me if I’ve hit the correct keys.

I quite clearly remember Paddy posting Havieron satellite drill rig images, sharing brokers notes, reports, photos etc, before Newcrest announced what they were doing. I cannot once recall him saying you should buy the shares.

At the heights of 38 pence there was circa 5 billion shares in circulation and a market cap over a £billion.

If Canacchord’s broker note comes to fruition then 13 billion shares at 19p will be 2.5 times more that market cap compared with where it was in Dec/January 2021.

What’s more we own all of Havieron now and a processing plant.

Some confusion here. Telfer is a established mine and as such doesn’t send drill samples for assaying.

Ausdrill were the company that carried out the grade control at Telfer up to 2017.

I don’t know which company currently does this now.

My understanding is the samples are tested on site to assess whether and what areas are to be mined. I know from talking to an ex Telfer guy last year there is mineralisation under the campsite also so plenty to go at.

Havieron assays were sent to Intertek which was necessary to comply with JORC resource declarations.

It will be interesting to see where Shaun draws the lines regarding upgrading the indicated resources. Can’t see it myself that they’ll keep drilling and assaying up to 20 million ounces as it’s a costly process. One thing for sure I’ll be long dead and gone to ever find out.

The unofficial feasibility study was done by Newcrest in a Subiaco office back in March 2019 when they committed $65 million to a drill program for 70% of Havieron. Then cemented this by financing a further cutback at Telfer extending its life until Havieron came on line. Then of course starting the Havieron decline some two years before the drilling was completed. For all his faults Sandeep had vision. You on the other hand amaze me sometimes at your lack of knowledge …. I would say comparable to Pepsi.

As Bamps alluded there will be a shed load of news releases and updates this year referencing Telfer production, 100% owned tenement exploration, Rio JV tenement commitments and Havieron infrastructure progress.

SD will do his damndest to move the sp north for ASX inclusion which itself draw in Australian investors.

Bear in mind the Telfer deal was a year in the making and no one was aware of what was going on behind the scenes. I quite like the radio silence because it’s a give away somethings in the planning.

Their current market cap is 154 million AUD.

GGP is 1.65 billion AUD using 1 Aus dollar is equals 50 pence at todays conversion rate.

So by MCap we are only 10 times bigger despite holding 100% of Havieron and the only processing plant within 200 -300 miles ish.

Currently GGP are the second largest holder of Antipa shares.

Bill Beament ex Northern Star CEO also holds 20 million.

Would be interested in the thoughts from the business educated contributors ie JerrySpaniel what may be the implications on the institutional and superannuation funds uptake. To me it looks massive and I can’t get my head around big the numbers could be.
