Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Wasn’t worth posting here at the time as too many trolls jumped on every post.
So I didn’t bother, the board was better off without me and around 13-15m worth of shareholders just went away and chatted amongst ourselves.... Having been to AGM’s I’ve met a good few of those as well.
I’m sure Cranleigh won’t mind saying has met me before for starters so I’m only joking with him in the previous post.
Anyway past history meh.
It’s all about the future here and it’s going to be a good one!
Well in which case you’ll appreciate my sign off above!
I don’t think it’s meant as a nasty comment Supermabs.
There will be a lot of people not aware of the companies history and original CEO and quite frankly it matters not.
Love and hugs,
Kristin Shepard.
Nope that is what the distributors are for.
That’s the beauty of this, it’s a very agile business...
Indeed Nexus. And the trolls called me “Hopeless Dave” ...
Cranleigh how dare you!!!! If I could post the Life of Brian Blasphemy Gif here I would.
£3 would give me double figure millionaire status, but quite frankly this has the ability to go far beyond that, and I want to be owning a substantial chunk of this as an established Global Brand!
2021 Will be massive for ZOE.
But this year isn't over yet.
Launch of FSA Compliant Ingestible products...
Further rollout information to come under the existing (pre AATAC) distribution agreememts, the stores should still be increasing...
Updates on the progress of the European launch...
Information with regards to the harvest at GVB Pharma, how have the seeds performed, how many organic plants will they grow next year with Zoetic' seeds?
Stores in the AATAC network uptake / pre-orders could be very large and could come quickly...
The negativity increase tells you everything you need to know. The share is rising, the company is growing and its hurting a few people who are short, a lot..so they are really going to town on the negativity here.
However just google how much the smoking cessation and tobacco replacement market is worth...
Google how many menthol smokers there are in the USA and find out there are 39.5m of them. Menthol tobacco is banned in UK / Europe and the USA is following in those footsteps.
Interesting numbers right?
There are those saying the CBD market is saturated. In some cases with some product types that is true. But regulation is tightening, even though the laws are relaxing.
What does that mean?
It means that CBD is widely accepted now as having a positive impact on the body and mind in many ways.
It means it can help with the initial withdraw from nicotine, and yet in itself it is not addictive.
It means that as a main market listed company (which is incredibly hard to get now working with CBD / Cannabis) the company is all about compliance within the sector.
It’s Zoetic and Chill Gummie ingestible products will remain on the shelves post the March 31st Novel Food restrictions, many other products will not.
It’s Chill products are the ONLY CBD Isolate smokes with ZERO THC out there.
They are 1st with that, they have proven the sales in beta stores.
Their first of 4 distributors rolled out to 125 new stores in 1 week alone.
AATAC woke up and signed a new contract, not for a 6,000 store reach in Florida and surrounding area as it was initially penned, but to immediately market it to their entire network.
AATAC has 50,000 members and 88,000 stores because they listen to what AATAC says (not trolls on a BB)
AATAC are now actively on our behalf and for free to Zoetic basically recommending that the Chill products are adopted by their members.
The AATAC deal alone will secure a number of the gas-station and C-Store chains. It’s a classic place where people go to grab their smokes.
Sales of vape products have fallen through the floor in the USA and there is a place for smokeable and chewable tobacco replacement products, it is why AATAC have signed this deal.
JUUL did not get a deal like this with AATAC when they started with them..... Just think about that for a moment.
Something that went on to be worth mega billions, had to start small with AATAC. Where as they are now recommending Chill to their entire network.
Now I’m not going to “ramp” I’m simply saying, get in 5-10% of those stores (JUUL eventually got into most but had to start smaller) and you have a business worth many-many multiples of this.
We have distribution deals across Europe also, and if I remember correctly expected sales there before end of this year also...
No idea but it hit 48p a few times before the AATAC deal was signed.....And no doubt it will hit 58p again before long, then 68p, then 78p....and as much as Ananda will cry foul.... it will happen.
I’ve been correct so far haven’t I petal...... The deals keep on coming and the stores keep on rolling.
As per all these rises and now subsequent pull backs, when the heavy buying goes back in again, it will be NT to buy....
Just a matter of time (as is the inevitable rise in the SP over time)
It’s like a game of chicken for the traders... Who’s prepared to sit it out the longest before they start buying them back again...
Assuming of course an order(s) isn’t already in play to scoop them up...
Fingers on the buzzers for the quick fire buying round....
Its not going to be 100,000 outlets selling 2 items a day....
However many outlets take this up, the sales will be around 10 items a day in order to remain selling them.
If you end up with just 10,000 stores however, you will end up with around 100,000 items being sold a day (just in the stores alone) Online sales will rise in line with store sales, maybe at a 3-5% percentage of overall sales. People will subscribe and buy online direct from us as well as in store sales.
c50% margin means we will be getting about $2.25-$2.5 per item in Gross Profit, and around $4.50 - $5 in revenues per product sold (in stores as part of massive distribution high volume deals)
But again - non rampy - sensible projections still make that a lot of money a day inbound...
And this is of course just the USA. There is still the small matter of European Distribution Deals, and Zoetic as a brand which is still being expanded also.....
I have no doubt the future SP will be in £'s - How many £'s will have to wait and see, but its going to be a lot further north than the SP is today.....
The more stores that take it up the bigger this becomes, but it is targeted at smoking cessation. There are over 39.5m Menthol Tobacco smoking citizens in the USA of alone, and bit by bit, state by State they will ban menthol tobacco smokes..... Hello Mintz!
1) growing herbs isn't a problem
2) GVB Pharma already planted 40,000 plants from Zoetic's seeds last year and awaiting the harvest details on that (another update yet to come.......)
3) We already had a stockpile of organic matter grown ourselves which has been turned into Hemp Smokes.
4) GVB Pharma alone have something like 300 acres of organic farmland (the 40,000 hemp plants grown would be in about 16 acres)
5) Partners - we do have some 2.9m seeds to sell still. Perhaps we can get farmers to plant more of them into more organic soil and use those plants...
6) Manufacturing is outsourced... They picked companies that could scale and grow - this growth is not a surprise to them, it has been planned all along, it's not an oh F&^% what do we do now moment..... Read the RNS's..... Look at the partners....... Agile business, scaled for growth......
"OMG Flogging CBD out of garages, whatever next....." - Has to be the best Troll line ever......
Well - It started with 18 C-Stores attached to garages owned by the Schrader Family.
And the AATAC Deal just signed.....
Please tell me Trolls, who are a very large part of those 88,000 stores., with gas stations (garages) and C-Stores attached?
I'll give you a clue.....
Sunoco
Circle K
Shell
Gulf
Texaco
Exon Mobil
Chevron
VP Racing Fuels
76
BP
Citgo
7-Eleven
Listen to Trolls at your peril. Many of them are still short from 20p and some maybe even 5p...... back when that line was stated...
Hello, I Hope you all have a lovely nights sleep after the SP has had a good rise today and after that great RNS.
If not of course.....
Don’t forget the Award Winning Blood Orange Tincture to help you if having trouble sleeping.
And if you have a little earache don’t forget the anti inflammatory properties of CBD.
Of course if your face is getting wrinkly with all the frowning and lack of sleep, the award winning night cream is lovely also.
And look out for the Anti-Ageing product(s) to be launched soon, along with the FSA complaint ingestible range.
And if your based in the USA don’t forget to try our very special and unique Hemp Smokes (they aren’t like any of the other ones) and the very Unique CBD Isolate smokes with zero THC.
The good thing about the no THC is it will stop you from having any kind of wacky dreams which you seem to like writing about in here, not that the Hemp smokes contain enough to cause them, just that over active imagination of yours..
Of course if you are having a Calm, Minty or Hemp smoke, you don’t even need a lighter.... No it’s not another patent pending application you sillies, like a self lighting smoke, but look, your shorts are on fire, just use those.
Also stop chewing wasps, we have lovely Vanilla, Mint and Peach Flavour Chews to replace them, or nasty tobacco.
If your hands are sore from all your keyboard warrior smashing keys we have lovely hand cream also, oh and that’s award winning too!
Toodles for now, and sweet dreams.
Love and Hugs,
“Forever Hopeless” Dave.
TW and his merry crew of clickbait writing idiots were anti my main holding also, the one that if they went short on it would explain why people are stockpiling bog rolls....
All good and warm and fluffy inside (or roasting if you short?)
Hope everyone has a lovely day.
Love and Hugs.
"Hopeless" Dave......
Not so many posts from the usual trolls today?
What a day for a lie in, I hope a few short have had one too.
Earache. Amanda are you there?
Sound like the gas stations have supplied some gas for your already flaming shorts.....
As for everybody else. This is a monster moment, enjoy it.
Never in any doubt.
Hopeless Dave
Forever hopeful
Etc etc.
For all the ones panicked into selling, there are those just waiting to buy....
One thing for sure, it’s going to wipe out ear ache!
Good job winter is coming Ananda you can whip those shorts off and sit round them to keep you warm.....

Faith comes in many shapes and forms, but as an atheist I just believe in one less God than others with different faiths, but I do have faith in my investments.
I've read the history, and can see what has happened. I've chosen to invest BECAUSE of all the issues in the past..... Because they are in the past.
It is not nice being in a share with a high average and sometimes you can be green with envy at people who pickup a lot of shares at low prices.
It's hard to keep the faith if you have been through all the company has dragged you through and the highs and lows.
I've got a seasoned holding elsewhere that was like being superglued to a rollercoaster butt naked and your skin is ripping off as you go around, but never quite enough to throw you lose, so round and round you go again up and down and up and down!
But rest assured there are people and will be people who will look at this as a calculated risk because it is at 5.5p and the downside v upside potential it has.
It might seem like an impossible journey to get back up to 20's or 40's if that's where you are, but the reason I've bought is because it has the potential to go to 20's and 40's again, and long term who knows.
It's difficult to imagine being on the other side of the coin if not been there.
Mr Nation is the example of someone who bought in at a low price in my main holding, around half what my average is there, and has ridden a 10 bagger accordingly. And has had many an argument with resident "There will be a placing and it WILL go to X pence" people.
They say it over and over again daily to the point another one or two of you will fold and sell.
Saw it there and, have seen people now look back with huge regret for selling at lows.
I'm not giving anyone advice - just saying perspective and faith changes depending on when you started your journey.
The Train still goes to the same destination for everyone, when you got on depends how long (and potentially tiresome and painful) your journey is...
I've done enough research to see all the pitfalls and caning of the big bad boss man, but like everyone says - he's on thin ice, needs to deliver, has a very respectable advisory board who don't want to be associated with a failure of a company, and they are all incentivised to make it work....
So for someone with no faith..... I have faith.... :-)
