Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Morning all yesterday was another blow for shareholders but we are used to it by now. My current view is the Company have the best r&d and are using it to bring out more products and are selling them worldwide. The DHSC issue has destroyed the share price but I am hoping for this to be resolved in the next couple of months. The share price will recover back to 6 to 8 pounds in due course based on sales and sorting the dispute out. I love the r&d updates but dread any other rns from NCYT. GM is honorable and plays everything straight rightly or wrongly that's his style. We will see the BOD buy shares after full year figures in June so I am a believer. Have a good weekend all and try to switch off or it will drive you insane.
@shaunp I don't think it is NCYT selling at lower prices because they would just offer the same terms and problem solved. I think it is a case of the DHSC stretching its muscles trying to show how prudent and capable they have been through the pandemic. The massive positive is that we are still working with the govt and Al
So selling directly to the NHS. It would have been nice had GM pointed this out in the rns. Anyway I still am confident things will turn round shortly. GLA
@CRL We have got used to this regarding the sp. If you believe in the company which like me you do there is not much we can do except sit on the sidelines and be patient. The unfortunate thing is we are both over exposed to NCYT and sat on big losses so it hurts a little more. Harder said than done but we should switch off from looking at the SP for the next few weeks.
Crawling back to £4 in a much stronger position. The market is ignoring any news unless it contains figures. Happy to wait this out as it 8s not long before we get these. If GM can resolve the DHSC dispute that would be good news also. GLA
Just having a weak moment @ Soder and @troublesome and @fonzey. Having been at the extreme end of being positive all the way from 12 to 4 was just worried the I have got this wrong. At these levels there looks to be great value. Back to positivity thanks people. Had my wobble have a great weekend.
I am still trying to maintain my optimism here but my question is should I be worried?
1. We are not involved in surge testing in this country when versalabs would have been perfect.
2. Travel testing quite a few of the airlines and holiday operators are already sorted with NCYT not in the picture. The BA trial scheme especially if it takes off pardon the pun.
3. We are still unsure of the exact hit/nature of the DHSC issue although the stock price has already taken a hammering.
4. Whilst we build out a sales force to sell direct to the NHS it feel like we have fallen out of favour.
5. It just feels like last November when we were talking about supplying care homes etc etc.
May be I have just woken up on the wrong side of the bed but would love the genuine posters to give me some confidence and positivity back. Have a good weekend all.
@Kaeren am also slightly worried due to the big paper loss I am sat on. However I have a lot of respect and belief not only in GM but also the genuine posters on this board who have done some incredible research. I think we have been unlucky that Boris and his merry men have taken a cheap route via LFT's but we are resilient to adapt and grow. Looking forward to better times ahead.
