Strange, the SP ticked along for ages between 0.8 and 1p, and the overall outlook/future is looking much better now, but that`s AIM

Kefi`s trump card is of course its very low production costs, so even if Gold fell back by 40% (highly unlikely) to $3000 and ounce, as long as the demand for Gold remains buoyant, it will still be raking in the cash. The risk benefit is compelling, personally, I think it`s the best on AIM. GLA

When he was interviewed, the guy from chancery said he believed that Kefi would be the best performing stock of 2026, with an eventual Mcap of £2 billion, I like those numbers. That`s roughly 10x from where we are now. Barring unforeseen or some form of catastrophic event, I cannot see how this will not be achieved. Happy days, thanks Harry.

Toffers. Your a brave man posting this, but I agree with every word. Back to HE1, if we can ever reach 2.5p again, I shall be a happy man, my break even point. I hope a few more whales surface and keep driving up the price. GLA

Update on Publication of Annual Financial Report and Suspension of Listing

The Board of Neo Energy is pleased to provide an update on the Company's Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending 30 September 2025.

After extensive work by our finance team and external auditors, the Board is confident that the Directors will sign the Annual Financial Report during the week of 16 February 2026 and that the report will be formally published within the same week as previously communicated.

Once the Annual Financial Report is published and trading activities resume, we will issue a formal announcement to keep our shareholders fully informed.

We sincerely appreciate our shareholders' patience and understanding during this challenging period and we recognise that delays can impact our shareholders. The Board wishes to assure shareholders that the new management team is actively implementing robust internal controls and processes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future, thereby fostering greater stability and reliability for both the Company and our valued shareholders.

There is an update, just had an email, looking good

NASA are the world's biggest consumer of Helium, its used in their huge high altitude Helium filled balloons which have monitoring and communication equipment attached to them. Long may they keep getting vast sums of tax payers money from the Federal Government.

Its a trade from just after 8am and looks to be cancelled. Cheers.

PP. I`m still 70% down, even after the last 2 days, so really hoping that we are seeing the start of a re rate based on some solid revenue producing news, just getting back to evens would be wonderful, being in the blue would warrant a celebration. GLA.

Helx2. Given the level of AI sophistication now, you really don`t know who you are responding to. I think McNol is definitely a piece of computer software, I reckon he exists inside a quantum computer somewhere in Norway. He is just too eloquent to be human

Can we please get the SP back to around 2.7p, with no further dilution, I am then just back in the blue. I don`t mind what happens after that. I am sure there are plenty of LTH`S in the same boat as me. GLA

Harry did suggest that the SP could triple over the next six months, having already tripled since last August, 6 months ago. GLA
