It is my understanding and from my own experience of selling a business, that DD takes place after an offer has been seen as acceptable, the potential buyer then undertakes DD to ensure that all is in order and there are no skeletons in the cupboard. Cheers
For Jan, Feb and March, prior to the sudden trader driven rise the SP didn`t drop below 29p and that was with no positive news, this should be at 40p for starters now.
If I had bought these shares at 1p, which lots of people did and just sold the lot at 20p, that`s still a 2000% profit, not bad when its 0.01% interest in a bank. Anyone consider they might have needed the money or might feel a little anxious??. Why does any one assume its because bad news is due. Scaremongering.
Minimum 30p, and up to 40p, still cheap as chips
13-Oct-21 16:07:40 21.372 880,928 188.27k Given the price at the time and the time stamp, this could be mistaken for a buy, however given the decline all afternoon, more likely a worked sell, thats a big share dump
Is still that of some of the Aim explorers, with no agreed financing and years from shifting the first bucket of dirt, let alone actually producing an in demand saleable product. remember this is still only at the same low price that it hit prior to the consolidation. Its a bargain
I can never recall Influenza causing any level of chaos and disruption to business and commerce, ever!! You can blame anything on the Vids
A producing copper mine, excellent copper grades and proven resources, a recovery plan with the money to achieve planned increase in output, a CEO confident of achieving planned goals, the right staff being recruited, copper in demand for the foreseeable future, a safe place to mine, all with the MC of an explorer still drilling test holes and years away from putting a spade in the ground. Perhaps the penny is starting to drop??
Jambo. I have been thinking for a while that HL really doesn`t seem interested in providing a decent service to to their share account holders. I have been with them since 2016, the live data was good, you had buys and says, you could see the largest buys and sells in value order and percentages of buys v sells. its now useless. They manage a huge amount of money in their funds etc, this seems almost like a side line. I have complained quite a few times, to no avail. I am sure if you phoned them and said you had 10 million quid to invest, they would provide an elite service. Shame, I am off once EUA is settled
With regard to the very high tax rates paid on Dividends (my shares are not in an ISA, unfortunately), is anyone considering selling when the SP reaches near the final sale price and forgoing the divi, which will be paid out of the proceeds of the sale. The post Divi SP could be way lower. The difference in tax is pretty huge CG MAX 20%, DIVI TAX MAX 38.5 %. Cheers
