Literally the only way I can describe being involved in this share, company ran by a con man out for his own gain has zero regard for private investors. What ever his plan is for share destruction hurry up and put us out of our misery. Or step down of remain co and get on with your ingen and let a proper motivated CEO run the rest and get the price back to where it should be!

There is no update on IG at all??

Once the demerger takes place start of the year, if you choose not to roll in to Ingen, do our remain shares increase in size or value at all, it is this that im confused about can someone please shed some perspective if possible.

Am I correct in saying if you have 100,000 shares on the 02/01 your holding will jump to 113,400 or have I got this completely wrong?

In my opinion the only thing that is going to happen here is a bid to take the lot private, I think this is the reason for the delay, the 65% club will be on side soon and I cant see anything higher than £1 a share unfortunately!! After the demerger news and the ridiculously low price for Ingen I wouldn't trust MM in the slightest. People can say big holders wouldn't settle for that price but if they are offered shares and shown a bigger picture they might. Relist in the US lets face it this share is going knowhere in the UK especially with this BOD and CEO communication and lack of respect is a disgrace

Appreciate it, It is a joke, people including myself hope for a bid to come, but I cant see anyone bidding for this because the 65% club will just vito it as it doesn't benefit their plans of personal gain. If MM and the BOD had anything about them they would off paid a reasonable price for Ingen instead they steal it for a 100M after spending an absolute fortune building it. And unfortunately i believe this will be the plan with the rest of the company will probably buy the lot for 60-80p a share because they can. Bunch of crooks!

Im sorry, but I would like to try and remain positive here but its very hard too, been a long term investor here for a while now average £1.40 so a way off. MM has F***** us here, 100M for Ingen when the amount of money THG has spent on this to get it to where it is today is an insult. Current SP at 47p rejected offers of 1.70 a long time ago, so ingen goes private and beauty and nutrition is left how long before him and his friends steal that from us too? keep the share price suppressed and then make an offer of 60-80p a share for the lot and the 65% club approve knowing they will get what should be a great company for peanuts! Takes the P*** the amount of time we have all wasted here hoping for something good to happen and RNS after RNS has been so disappointing. I pray we get a rise in the SP before this can be taken private at a fraction. Sorry for the rant but its a Joke!

Been a share holder here for quite a while. Been a rollercoaster and currently I have no idea what will happen here short or long term, will this be £1 a share by end of the year or 40-50p no direction just seems the rich get richer whilst long serving PI'S get screwed over.

What stops MM taking the rest of the company on the cheap 60-80p like he has done for ingenuity which leaves the 35% club completely screwed

Whats everyone prediction for the SP in the morning?

I'm a long term holder here with an average overall around 115p. Been a painful slog but i have confidence this will come good and true value will be unlocked. Im predicting a very positive RNS to come out before AGM in June, whats everyones thoughts? 72p seems to be currently holding hoping for a push towards 85 next week or so for that to hold then a push towards £1.
