He's probably upset that he wasn't offered the placing at 9p himself and is now throwing comments around which will enable him to buy in cheaper on the open market or force a lower placing price...

So almost no chance of an 'overhang' being created.

We're not talking hundreds of millions of shares over here.

Why on earth would a shareholder of a company vote down a placing that provides additional working capital for the company at such a crucial time, when activities are just getting started?

Would UKOG holders have voted down the YA deal that lead to billions of shares being issued, resulting in UKOG being unable to carry out their activities at HH?

22 million additional shares is nothing in the grand scheme of things.

And so what if they do place, so long as the proceeds are put to good use that sees ANGS progress to plan and eventually achieve their objective of flowing oil in good quantities.

All I know is that I wouldn't base my investment decisions on speculation from an ex-con who has been known to manipulate for his own gain in the past.

Baz struggles on a daily basis.

He flits between ANGS and UKOG and gets easily frustrated if the price hasn't moved within 30 seconds of him supposedly buying in, best ignored if you ask me.

You might be right, but best to wait and see what happens when that day comes.

You never know, the market might react in the same way as UKOG and not be interested in tanker sightings but actual information provided by the company.

Looks to me that at the moment the market needs more than a couple of guys in the bushes taking photos of tankers!
