I'll continue to add at these levels and reinvest dividends, I also like that we are making moves in India and China so see this as long tern value play.

Can see this going lower still, after forex fines and brexit the tide should turn making this a value investment for the brave.

Forms 8.3 and 8.5 are disclosure forms required by the Takeover Panel to clarify material interests in the share register of a UK-listed company that is in a bid situation. Any person or institution that has an interest of more than 1% of the share capital of a company in a bid situation (on both sides of the transaction) must disclose any dealings in those shares and their resultant position.

Form 8.3 should be completed by the shareholder to clarify what they have bought or sold and the resultant size of their stake. Form 8.5, meanwhile, should be completed by any principal trader that has dealt in the shares.

These disclosure forms are required as part of the Takeover Code which aims to ensure an orderly framework within which takeovers can be conducted fairly and appropriately.

Well today's RNS was a kick in the teeth, I was expecting a "real" update on the EISA. Or a proper funding announcement. I'm afraid it does look more and more likely SC will end up swallowing us up on this one, would of at least expected more than the £575k, what are the prospects of us taking on debt to fund the project or getting another partner on board? E.g Ganfeng.... clutching at straws here can anyone offer any positives?

Hi board,

do any of the longer term investors / experienced researchers know how much we paid for the Bougouni assets? and if they are 100% owned?

Reason being I do believe we are sitting on a decent asset with huge commercial potential despite the clouds over BA's head, in an exit scenario I would look to average down and look for / hope or an asset sale. Hopefully BA's cards are marked now and he comes good, does seem as though he is more interested in being the "accountable" person and pushing his consulting services rather than seeing projects through to fruition, that being said I watched his interview on proactive investors sept 18 and I was convinced.

If Amer "sticks" or "twists" with the sale I'm sure this is the end of the sub 20p share price. The potential in AMER is HUGE. Was waiting for it to be major player in Columbia.

I'm not sure either, if any kind soul could shed some light would be extremely thankful.
