The CLN that is 4.5m shares for £1000 is going to turn the stock into cash so they can do a terrible deal, why? The company has no choice and John Croft knows it. He lost a 30m asset at Adamas and did nothing other than write it down. The articles show clearly that Mr Carroll is looking complicit and Leon Hogan's other businesses are all dissolved, its easy to follow.

RTO announcement will see the company suspend and how will the CLN get converted. Everybody can see what you are trying to do and last week failed,j the total BS is designed to hurt investors. Answer the claims in the articles or the TR1 DTR 5 failure. You will get caught eventually.

It has been NT much of the morning, so buying has been hard, the TG WSBN group have been supporting this from 0.25p and I am gleeful to be onboard with all the changes at ECR and a very strong gold price. The company shared an email from NT who stated that the strength and strategic opportunity is growing with new opportunities and external interest.

I see the same messaging about somebody who is not a director any longer and yes 2 new very experienced, proven people are joining the team at ECR, why did they join? I find it absurd that a few faces overlook the obvious positive, which is Mike P and Chris G joining from both successive companies on AfterMath Silver and American Rare Earth, both have seen substantial rises in SP, my friends at WSBN inform me that both are ex-First Quantum and Barrick Gold.

It's time to consider the possibility of $1m+ per month and what that does to the SP, the TG guys are all saying 1-2p
