Just because it didn’t happen in time to stop the bridge loan, doesn’t mean it isn’t imminent. From what AP said on the above podcast, would certainly seem that AP believes that VAST have met all the requirements & it’s just delayed due to last minute due deligence... AP certainly wants an end to this month, as he said at the end of the podcast he’s looking forward to putting this to bed by then. Is there light at the end of this tunnel?
If your reading this AP please take note of Carrefour’s message. I met you briefly myself at the uk investor show last year, you seemed genuine & extremely positive about Vast & the direction in which the company is going in. The SP is roughly 60% down from where it was back then. I sincerely hope that the only reason you have placed so many times since then is due to the delay in funding & factors that were simply out of your control. Please update us & give us a formal explanation as to why T2 has not been forefilled in a timely manner. Please put an end to a lot of the guessing & hearsay as to why we are in this position & re-assure your shareholders that from here in, the company will be moving in a positive direction. We want to know what good there is to be expected from Vast 2019 and that their is now light at the end of this financial turmoil! Thanking you in advance, a concerned LTH.
Let’s say we do get T2 in the next couple of weeks & part 1 of bridge loan too. I would much prefer AP does not go through with part 2 or any such placing at such a low SP. If AP is smart he will keep the dilution to bare minimum & allow good news to start flowing for the SP to rise enough for Long term PI’s to want to excecise their warrents at a reasonable level, which should then release further capital to the company too. Why place now at 0.2p if they can avoid it, when then could be placing at 2-5p+ later on down the line if necessary. We have a lot of good news to come this year once we get this financing out of the way. If AP gets to greedy at this stage then we could be struggling to ever get over 1p for a very long time to come. Just my opinion!
Not the news we were looking for, but better we have the cash & get on with it, than delay matters further waiting. Time is money, The company needs to get the ball rolling pronto if it wants to be a medium tier miner. I’d like to see a lot more progress on our existing projects way before we start dipping further fingers in new pies. No more aquisitioms AP, not until you deliver on some of your current promises. We need to see some proper growth in Vast now please.
Should be: let me refrase that ... lol
As me refrase that as we are already in the 3rd quarter to a foreseeable reality ;).
Good post seadog, I certainly would like to be here at least until when we get the 1st marginal deal and that maybe sooner than we think as it has been along time coming. If they do have several deals on the table we could see a domino effect once the 1st deal is made. I know the board was joking earlier about £1, when we’re in fact only on a penny, but if 3 deals were landed by the beginning of next year that may no longer be a joking matter it may be a reality. JOG went from about 8p to over £3 in the space of a couple years, however I don’t know the history behind that rise so it might not be a good comparison. Still I’d like to think it’s possible.
Dodge that is pretty much the point I was trying to get a cross, however it was a bit lazy post on my part so it may have been misinterpreted. The point I was trying to make was that once the 2nd phase of financing is completed and we have paid Mercuria the offtake we agreed to do that, then the warrents will as you say be wiped and become null and void. This should have a massive impact on the SP when that news is RNS’d. I can’t remember the exact date, but i’m Pretty sure AP mentioned in a previous podcast that this would be around late July, please correct me if I’m wrong on that one. When the news on those warrents was released ages back to secure the offtake agreement, that had a rather negative impact on the SP, only makes sense that when they are wiped We should have a positive rerate too. GLA
I think with all the excitement of the license getting closer, that people here are also forgetting that pretty soon we will be looking to complete the next phase of financing too. When we do those 450m warrents issued to secure phase 2 will disappear and this SP will rocket! GLA
See what I mean... best stick to the facts or your post will just disappear.
Don’t need to Noodle, I know there were issues in the past with that well, but I also know that previously those issues were due to the blockage, which has since been removed with confirmation of good pressure. So it’s hardly conclusive evidence that the well is as you say exhausted. Why on earth would PVR waste good money on flow testing a well if they believed it was not worth their while? Please feel free to pull out the facts from 8 years ago to prove otherwise.
What are you basing that on Noodles? It has not been announced yet by the company that’s for sure. So where did you get the information from... some random on twitter? How can you be sure it’s fact? Careful what you post on here matey, if it’s not public knowledge then you could get in a lot of trouble. Don’t take it to personally Vale121, If it’s any consolation not all your posts are that bad. Everyone has their odd moments of doom and gloom, but for some out there it’s more of a regular occurrence, which makes you question if they really are invested why would they bash their own share.
Never base your trading descissions on what some random posters say, as they most likely have their own hidden agenda for which way the SP will go. Take along hard look at sbp’s and vale121’s posting history and you will see a pattern of negative statements based on very little hard evidence other than hearsay. Every comment is designed to create a negative emotional reaction from the reader. You should never base your trading choices on emotion and you should never base them on what other random negative posters say either. Make your own choices based upon the facts. Ask yourself.., Do you think this company is on the verge of successfully starting their tests for flow rates at GH? Do you think it is a big positive that we have agreements in place and other potential interested parties looking to farm in within that same region? Do you think after a ton of due diligence and having all the consortium members in place to get started, that we are on the verge of. Agreeing our 1st marginal deal that will completely transforms the SP? If the answer is no then sell your shares and go... but never ever base your descission on what some random posters says on what they think the share will do next... as more often than not they just want you to buy or sell so they can make the final buck.
Think we may bounce off .92
Was it a buy or sell? was red but was proceeded directly by two blue at .95 too
Can’t see much justification for the spread looking at the buys and sells, think the mm’s are just fishing at the moment, this could well start ticking back up if it tightens up a little. Flow testing will start shortly, I would expect confirmation to be RNS’d, especially as the company has been waiting for so long to get on with this. Surely the Nomad can’t object to releasing that if it’s a fact that the testing has begun. Anyone selling now is mad, either that or extremely desperate for the cash. If PVR have interested parties for the farm in agreements, then surely they would not want to hang around as successful confirmation of the flow rates should help to highlight the potential in the region even more. IMHO
I’d say that’s enough time to clean up and get things ready wouldn’t you? Time for a confirmation update that testing has begun me thinks. Tick tock, tick tock!
I sertaily thought about it. Even brought up a quote. Luckily I decided to let the day unfold, then reconsidered another quote after APs pod casts and decided were to close to getting the license to be silly and sell. This news although on surface is not what we want to here is also confirmation that things are moving in the right direction. They are just preparing for whats to come and making sure they have the option to raise if necessary. Which they most likely will at some stage. This should at the very least be after the general meeting. How long does it take for them to start the placing and what stage do the Nomad let them tell us its happening. Immediately or is there a delay?
