The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
(My reply was to the now- deleted posts from the aim twins)
Or much more likely that the labs are simply behind and we are in a queue
Another amazing and insightful contribution from paulb20 - the ‘20’ must be his IQ.
Agreed chuffchuff. A lot of II’s (probably most) now mandate that they will only invest in companies that have high ESG ratings and imo it will be the II’s investing here that will cause the biggest and sustained rerates in SP over the long term.
That’s a little bit pessimistic!
I don’t think things are that bad here just yet.
It really does hinge on whether any meaningful amounts of lithium are found in the 100% owned tenements.
There’s not much cash left so I’m expecting a placing in the next few months regardless of whether we hit the jackpot with the Li results or not. Best case is results are good and a raise is done into some strength.
I’m still holding a small amount as a punt, originally it was to see if they found more of Havieron on their Paterson tenement next to Greatland’s but that looks forlorn. Now they seem to have almost stumbled onto lithium rather than from any foresight from the directors I’m going to wait and see.

Excellent suggestion fubar.
Unfortunately I expect those who spend all week posting the most ludicrous drivel here will have nothing better to do with their weekends either and continue to spout their flat-earth theories in hope of baiting responses.
Trolls are not pets - they don’t need feeding 😉
Anyhow, here’s to the weekend 🍻

I think you’ve made some very reasonable points redirons. It’s a complex corporate situation right now where SD and the BOD are damned if they do and damned if they don’t.
R.e cash position - last time I checked they reported to have under 2 quarters of cash left. I think this was around end of May (could well be wrong) that this was reported
Excellent research and insight paul.
May I suggest you post your in-depth knowledge back on the PREM board instead of here.
Goodnight
Just correcting Goingtothemoonufo’s post from earlier as they had a bit of trouble with the autocorrect.
They meant to say it’s ‘going to 40p’
😉
It’s already quietly bagged x2 from the lows in June. Still feels like it has a bit further to run yet, although the current BOD have done little to inspire confidence so far.
As a previous poster said, ideally they will luck in on a massive Li find and get bought out.
It’s nice to see a chat board for a rising stock with no rabid ramping/de ramping and long may it continue!

Well said topslicer
It all stops when posters stop responding to the drivel and incoherent ramblings from obviously disruptive posters.
Most of the posts today are responses to nonsensical posts from nonsensical posters.
Responding feeds them. Filtering starves them.
Seems to be a few issues that have contributed to the poorer performance compared to equivalent period in 22.
RB coal price and Transnet are out of their control but seems like they are addressing the output levels from their mines so this should be reflected in the FY results
The results and dividend are broadly in line with what I was anticipating, still good even though you can’t help but compare against the FY22 anomaly.
I mostly agree with the points in Edward’s post. This is very much a marmite stock which will have the last rites read over it prematurely many times before it eventually does become unviable to mine coal.
It’s a good job that toffers is a troll account and not a real investor with real money.
I’ll give toffers some credit where it’s due though - their suggestion of getting Aussie institutions to finance a special dividend to existing PI’s has got to be the most hilarious thing I’ve seen (so far…) on these boards!
Trippy - toffers hasn’t got anything to sell, apart from their imaginary holdings that is.
Please take an permanent break toffers
Toffers I don’t understand where you are trying to go with this? You say you are significantly invested and have essentially doubled down but you continuously see doubts here, all of which would have been quite apparent if you researched properly.
“ Be careful guys, some real shysters here.”
Applies doubly to anything uttered by Dobbs…
