However total assets are £12.45 billion
But £5.49 billion of that is goodwill

Yh I knew the calculations where wrong the debt will be getting serviced yearly and will be took out the gross profit as a business expense leaving u with the net profit 180m
I don’t know how much they service the debt by yearly but say it’s £360m a year that would only be ten years plus You would still have the 180m a year to overpay some if they wanted(increasing year on year also because debt will be getting lower)

To be fair to @creditguy88 he does seem pretty clued up, I spoke to him weeks ago when the deal fell through and he told me he has a friend what works in law and cineplex have the right to sue for $2 billion in damages!
