56% is a very precise number. (Clearly very advanced talks have taken place and more than likely agreed in principal).

I was thinking along similar lines.

With the company now making a monthly profit (regardless of how small) any share capital allotted would only be to fund something significant (not to simply pay staff wages and burn through operational costs).

56% is a massive amount so the acquisition would make sense.

This is a huge recovery stock with massive potential and seemingly now a management team in place that has made some tough decisions and got rid of all the burnt wood.

I have high hopes that my entry point will see some big profits down the line.

In the gutter likely.

Did you know that on 10/08/2024 the registration of the domain name was extended by a further 5 years.

If they thought it was going to wind down and disappear why would they pay to extend for 5, when there is an option for 1 - 3 - 5 or 10 years ?
