BOD have never ever met the already extended timelines set by themselves. Some RTO is a possibility where someone like DSR reverses into AXM for its UK listing (which DSR is actually seeking). It will be a very interesting spring. BOD are in direct competition with Theresa May. She has made a mess of Brexit and they have made a mess of everything too. Timelines are also now aligned. Either way the UK nation and the shareholders of AXM are paying the price.
