there will always be people casting doubt in others minds when something is about to take off. my guess is news will come before any placing considering the tweets have become more direct and sensible in content. tweets also provided explanation for the delays, namely assessment, which had to be completed before finalising any negotiations. News may come very soon. Also if funding is required and AIM rules triggered, rights issue may be more appropriate as prospectus will be required.
