looking at logically, what AEX is waiting for? granting of licence with PSA. transfer of title and resolving monies due for past sales.
Transfer of title should be simple as already owned. Tanzanians cant really object. PSA is linked with the licence. May be the Tanzanians are seeking more profit share. outstanding monies will be written in a contract of sorts. Its boils down to incompetent and greedy Tanzanians and a lazy BOD. Surely this cant go on forever.

oversupply is temporary. More importantly, The Tanzanian govt will be more convinced to cave in to company demands under the current climate. Sitting on their ars**will achieve nothing .Whatever is disputed has to be resolved. And no body coughs 3 million dollars for the sake of it. doom and gloom has been overplayed here. without doubt the game is far bigger than AEX.

what we need is firm news. seasons come and go. hoping for rapid progress.

Tough seems to be understatement. Tanzanians have been dragging their heels in. However, it appears that they might cave in as their strategy to extract exorbitant PSA and licence fees has not worked. All major companies have given them a cold shoulder. The current value of the company is at rock bottom and the moment Tanzanian uncertainty is out of the way, the share price may increase many fold. How long will the Tanzanians delay revenue, considering this has been going on for several months. Surely we must be close to some resolution . Its a punt . downside is limited and upside is massive. 1 p on speculation alone is very plausible.

the "ugliness" in the accounts is already factored in the share price, my guess.

its a good punt at this price. Tanzania will sort out the licences ,sooner or later, and this will fly back to 1p or thereabouts. I reiterate that annual accounts are imminent and there will be an update .

annual report is due later this month. surely the business review by directors will cover lot of news.

Companies who answered the Government’s “call to arms” to rush ventilators into production for coronavirus patients are still waiting for approval for their designs.
My colleague Alan Tovey reports:
New designs have to be signed off by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulator Agency (MHRA) before they can be used but the watchdog is yet to green light any of the offerings.
The hold-up comes despite Health Secretary Matt Han**** last month saying the UK needed 30,000 ventilators as soon as possible and appealing to industry to come up with ways of producing them quickly.
He later indicated that the requirement had been revised down to about 18,000, though the Government has refused to confirm this.

buys still going through at 9.14. two portfolio companies are almost on the brink of commercial phase which will result in a very significant rerate of company valuation. Edale is almost out if not completely. slight buying pressure will have the SP in teens before FDA approval or other positive news which may be contained in the imminent annual report.
