Just a reminder that with the CEG acquisition, without anything else happening, T&T should bring in enough to cover the G&A costs. Any workover success and I reckon T&T turns PRD profitable. That really is a turning point in the story of a junior explorer.

Yes, the original plan was for T&T Co2 EOR to provide revenue to fund Morocco, but CEG screwed that up for us. It could then have been sold off, and a SD issued. However, now we have an asset that needs funding in T&T.

It was mentioned that as each asset was sold, a special dividend might be issued. However, if Ireland happened first, it might be prudent for that cash to be kept in PRD to develop Morocco and T&T to significant production.

Apologies, there's only $5m of tax losses in Caribbean Rex, which is the JV being used to buy the CEG assets. However, C Rex was bought by T Rex Resources, which has $47m of tax losses. What that means is that PG has bought producing oil fields which won't pay tax for a while.

I think the issue is folks are desperate for info on Cas 2 and 3 production / declines. I am assuming they are similar to Cas 1 and Deep, so if Cas 2 came on at 20mmcfd, it's probably 15 by now.

Agreed, Morocco is where the big win could be. However, for not very much PG has assembled a portfolio in T&T which he believes that can generate meaningful revenue for PRD by applying different techniques and showcase the CO2 EOR technology. It's another pillar that will create value.
