Yes. 2019 will be tight, esp if POG drops again. There has been a lot of debt taken on to invest - plant optimisation and upgrades, mining fleet purchased, acquisition, drilling program, and next will be going underground. Once that works through, should be set up.

It might have something to do with AEX being promised $40m? A serious question - SOLO are funded for the CH1 drill, but not FFD (est $35m). I presume they intend to fund that by selling a proportion of their 25% share? So they need to get at least $17.5m for 12.5%?

So Base has got a resource that has twice the grade of Moma, but a third of the mine life at a similar output. It will cost over $500 to develop and they reckon it's worth $670m. Put's the value of our facility in perspective.

How's this for a simple explanation? Aminex applied for a licence extension for Ruvuma. Tanz govt said 'we don't think you can handle a project this big'. Aminex tried to convince them, failed. Tanz Govt said 'we would trust the Zubairs, but it has to be a Tanzania registered company'. What if it has taken all this time to set up that company, with foreign owners? Just because you set up a company in the UK in days, doesn't mean you can do that in other countries? The Tanz Govt couldn't issue a licence to a company that doesn't exist.

A couple of years, before NT2. My feeling is, not much.

Ok, just to change the subject.....do we know what our assets outside of Tanzania are doing for us? What is the status? producing/dormant? What have all the various deals done in the past actually achieved? For example, the Shoats Creek sales was supposed to be worth $5m, with the bulk coming from production royalties. Did that cash materialise? I've only seen the $150k recent settlement announced. What are the Moldovan and Egyption 'assets' bringing in?

Global equities appear in the doldrums at present. Oil is back to where is was pre spike, but so is gold. My hunch is fears of a slow down, caused by brexit and trump's trade wars, are hitting sentiment across the board. My hope is once those two issues are resolved, that some confidence returns. In the meantime, I'll keep dripping cash in to value plays.

Can I ask you a straightforward question please? What is your valuation of KMR, using a recognised metric, now and future, please? Can you explain your workings, please? I'm thinking of P/E, NAV, EV, comparison to peers, something like that. Feel free to enlighten me of other methodologies. Please don't say that it is worth what the market SP says.

I think ARA are getting a bargain, and AEX gets to reap some rewards from the resource it has found and proven up. A free carry to tens of millions of income a year is not to be sniffed at. Fill your boots while you can - once the licence lands, and KN1 is fixed, I think these prices will be seen as a multibag opportunity.

Don't get carried away. That paragraph on the ARA website covers all their activities - including the oil in Oman. The next two paras relate to East Africa:-
