It seems so blatant that it was pushed down below Kingfisher at the end.... and it will never be investigated....

God it looks like it doesn't it.

I think this could get hammered again if the trade war rhetoric continues.... I also think if it does, its a great opportunity to get back in below £30.

Does anyone know what it is about this company that makes so many people want to short it.

Usually with this levels of short people think it will go bust

But overall as you say, the shorts are reducing which is great.

Interesting price action today, it feels like somone (probably Coltrane) has over the past day or two used the shares they borrowed to sell into the market and push down the price.

I think people are defo looking at ASOS and saying it has risen too fast too quickly, without actually posting good results.

Personally I think these will come, but until then I think we will continue to see some people trying their luck shorting.

Im holding medium term, I think you could double your money if you hold for a year. This was at 6000 before their new warehouses had been built, they have also got a decent non-exec from Ocado, they have finally realised the benefit of advertising on instagram etc.....

Anyone got a view on whether we will continue to see short covering over the next few days or will it have all happened today??

I don't think it's being manipulated at all, its just the bulls vs bears fighting it out. When it gets too low (around these levels) there seems to be strong buying from the long only funds. I think it got to 2750 because the bears tried to push it further and couldn't, resulting in some of them rushing to cover their shorts pushing the price up to 2750. Keep an eye on the website shortracker and you will get a better picture of what is happening.

Super interesting every time it gets around 380p, someone comes in and buys it all up. This happen last time we were at this level.

So what should we expect the potential deal to be done at? 30-50% discount to NAV?
