Seis Good to see you remain as rude and wrong as ever. I was referring to the 8million warrants at 4p which I fully expect are being flipped by the boards mates. Seems suss to me that as a genuine share holder you would be anything but annoyed by this.and the other giveaways, options etc. Perhaps it is your agenda that is questionable...

It's the same old story, JLP board give away our shares and crash share price.... It never ends. Did anyone challenge them on this in the AGM?

I am buying a lottery ticket tonight! never have I been so relieved to see a share price start moving in the right direction having repeatedly averaged down in hope of recovering.

Wishing I had sold at 1.60 could have bought back in now as looks v good value at these levels

This morning I cast my votes for the AGM on ii. It is quite easy, just got to portfolio and selection the last option - voting mailbox. I have voted against item 5 - "THAT THE DIRECTORS BE AUTHORISED TO ALLOT SHARES OR GRANT RIGHTS, WARRANTS OR OPTIONS TO SUBSCRIBE FOR, OR CONVERT ANY RELEVANT SECURITY INTO SHARES" and encourage everyone to do the same. We need to to stop the board consistently diluting our holdings,r giving away shares or giving to themselves for a penny (which is shameful). If we can manage a no vote, or even a tight vote, we can get a lot more focus on shareholder disatisfaction, encouraging more care and consideration, or have to bring it to vote.

Is there a way to petition the likes of Slater? Surely they would not be happy with JLP directors helping themselves?

I note Dorfan says he cannot make the AGM so may need another spokesperson for the day

Cant make AGM but have a couple of million shares ish so thnking I should make the effort to vote NO to any and all share issue elements be it warrants, oprtions or to make purchases. Share dilution needs to stop. I encourage any and all to do the same!

Was anyone else originally under the impression that 25K copper capacity was thre on completion of Roan? It now feels as far away as ever. 10months for Sable (and based on Roan perfromance we should probably double that ) and even then I now understand we dont have the material to feed it. Frustrated. I am also still unclear where the money from the last fundraise went?

How nice to read some good news for a change! With results out of the way and Project G dilution gone (thank goodness), for the first time in a while I have some hope of a SP recovery.

I was expecting a buit more movement as think it was tipped at the weekend. I guess some will be waiting for the budget from our clueless govt.

Marineclark, what you say is logical, but i have whitnessed this same conversation several times before here with pople saying "its just a small amount", but on most occasions the share price, inexplicably seems to end up near the warrant price. Lets hope not this time.

Got real, no point being worlds biggest producer of chrome if the price falls due to everyone else starting to produce it. Also the tailings are not limitless. Id rather they built up the cash to fund copper rather than more dilution and overstretching

Seis, Chrome has basically saved JLP, but given everyman and his dog is seemingly jumping on the chrome bandwagon jlp needs to take care not to overstretch, spending all the proceeds to recover more and more chrome rather than acrew the profits. Prices are softening as we speak

Kalan. The problem at the moment is we know they planned to pay for Project G with shares and the share price has declined considerably since this was announced. There is a risk also that the benficiaries immediately start selling the shares. We also fear the result are not going to wow (I live in hope to be wrong). Until these things are out of the way and the pain taken, I dont see things improving much infact, fear they may get worse first. I keep hoping Project G will be funded in a different way given the share price decline, or it is concluded not to proceed or postpone for now. There needs to be some clear light shone at the end of the tunnel for investors.

Shuvlin I don't care who his Daddy is, it seems to me he is doing a poor job, lost a fortune and not even pushing the board to smell the coffee and stop the endless share price destruction.

As for trading, I use ii. Three times yesterday I tried to sell 2k shares to clear an account and on every occasion ii could not offer an online trade- had to go as an offline order. Just 2k shares out of 3 BILLION.

I could not even get a price to sell even just 2k shares today. It's that bad. Presently, your money is as good as gone as you have no chance of liquidting it. Let alone Fidelity managing to sell 10a of millions, or the Project M or G millions. No one wants em, and its hardly suprising.
