Based on recent runs quality I fear the circular will be more rambling vague rubbish, harping on about "tremendous opportunities"no doubt full of dodgy unrealistic numbers that no one can believe or trust given past performance. The wording of today's Rns reads like the abysmal board is set on the sale leaving me wondering what's in it for them as I cannot see any positive for shareholders. Indeed is already even before any deal, incredibly damaging. Comments about a new broker enhancing shareholder value are quite frankly, laughable. I'll put "enhancing shareholder value" in the same Leon statement box of "no more dilution" and "20k tons copper".

Thing is actuary this has been said for several years and has not come right, just lurches from one thing to another wild fantasy numbers and timetables that then are never met. I don't think the market believe a word that is said anymore. Based on activity, share price should be higher, but it isn't, indicating a lack of confidence in the board and what it says or does. We need fresh leadership rebuilding trust.

In my opinion the situation and management here is scandalous. All metal prices and companies booming, yet jlp shareholder value falling _ as it has for years now. This CEO and it's board need to go NOW. They have lost the trust of the market. Repeatedly failing to meet targets and not communicating professionally. Shareholder value should have been surging in recent months given the portfolio, yet here we are. Disgraceful.

It does look like this may start to slowly tick up. Given copper shortage articles and the sales stated purpose to focus jlp on copper growth is likely to attract speculative buys.

Worth noting that every reference says the offer is "up to" 90m. Bearing in mind copper capacity was supposed to be "up to" 25mt, i wonder what the actual will be?

DividendsLOL yeah right. If they sell that 90m I fear will be gone faster than we can blink.

So there has been two dilutions since saying they would stop diluting... the first, literally, in the next paragraph of what was possibly the worst written RNS Ive ever read, the second was in the very next RNS together with a hand grenade kyboshing any potential benefit from the weeks rising PGM prices. It genuinely makes me wonder if shareholder value destruction is the goal. Never have I wanted a board kicked out as much as I do in the case of JLP. Utterly hapless.

Does anyone know the chrome / pgm reserves? Ie at current volumes, how long does raw materials last? If it's 3-4 years only, maybe there is logic to the plan.

A definitive no from me unless they were going to buy back 90m usd worth of shares -But id never believe them even if they said they would. As it stands without chrome and PGMs there is no sustainable business and certainly not substantial enough for 3billion + shares. They have yet to prove they can produce any meaningful copper volume profitiably and in a consistant manner - depsite saying they would at least the past 3 years...

Not impressed. Never read such a garbled non clear piece of "news", and that news is quite different to that we were expecting having been delayed 2 weeks. Now still no clear answers, doesn't sound like much copper has been produced and still no forecast.

As ever with jlp, not impressed and not it seems is the market. Same old, same old

I listened to the presentation yesterday and generally thought there were some positives. Re chrome, i appreciated they now plan to focus on returns of recent investments. We should also see the benefits of higher chrome prices in next quarter and an end to invesment cost. Re Zambia. I guess we wait till end of April, but hoping for some evidence of sustained production. The hit on margin would be the case as all the costs of disruption/ramp up against small volume dur to the shutdown in Feb. Subject to the US carnage, hopeful of a good update in next quarter. Also price standing up reasonably well considering whats going on in the world. I guess partly as regardless, metals will be in demand.

Share price is starting to get silly low now. dividend around the corner too

Its sounds t me like the tailings that JLP have bought are not delivering and now panic buying third paty material. (a bit like the "purchased a secured power supply" that wasnt. Remind me why these mines are being bought if we are not going to use the material? Honestly the direction changes, dilution and disapointments literally never end. To call this a strategy is laughable - it changes more often than I eat breakfast. As ever an abysmal RNS with yest again LTHers diluted for questionable benefit. I say again the BOD needs to go.

Then why post your silly remarks about other people's shareholding....

Given the endless sell off despite what should be a better year, I wonder if someone knows somthing. Over last 3 years down 76%, indeed down over 24% in past month. I have repeatedly thought it cant get worse, but then it does, massively. When is this perpetual nightmare ever going to end? How the CEO/BOD is still in place with a 3 year performance like this is beyond me.

It seems to me the power agreement was a total waste of money and a white elephant if the means if transmission is not also secured. Inevitably the Zambian grid can send that power where ever it wants. Yet again miss leading RNS statements and embellishments by the CEO.

I call for Leon Coetzers resignation or sacking together with his enablers. From RNS's announcing fantasy out put numbers, to secured power supplies added to endless dilution of shareholders. Added to that, is unavailable as the company lurches through yet another crisis that just weeks ago he told shareholders was not an issue.

He can no longer be taken seriously by the market and needs to go immediatel. There should also be an independant assessment and report to shareholders on the actual forecasts and key risks to find out what else the CEO was embelishing.

It's just same old, same old another load of dilution at below bottom. It's like ground hog day. There are now so many shares in issue it has become a joke.. Add to that a 3 year 70% share price decline, no cash, no dividend and falling chrome copper and pgm price. Until they stop issuing shares nothing will change.

I am still here and still have some investment that remains underwater. Not that it is any of your business. And yes when the share price drops due to poor management decisions, it annoys me (wierd and odd eh?) It makes me laugh as you make all these statements on here prestented as fact, for example - about me below. I strongly caution any and all new people on here - he is literally making it up in his head... Also ask yourself this where do all his "facts" come from? bit strange how it is only the positive ones isnt it? Not as strange as being perfectly happy when his shareholding is watered down through share issues again and again though right and slating anyone daring to riase issue with it... Its almost like he is happy to loose money....
