NOBODY on this board know which way this is going to go PERIOD 🙄

Company is turning over 2.5B & has increasing massive pipeline BUT isn’t making money BUT they are restructuring finances

They are an attractive buy out for a more efficient operation who can make profit better based on their ongoing & new contracts

It’s currently a gut feel of is there more upside or more downside

Carry on the way they are then more downside

Restructure, get bought, get new efficiencies, merge with another entity etc then there is a lot more potential for upside

But we are in the season where it’s becoming fashionable to buy UK listed companies for cheap

2.5B growing revenue (no profit) with a market cap of £107m seems a good buyout to me

Got to be some shorts buying out their profit position at this level 🤔

Most took positions Oct 2023 to Feb 2024 where they would have shorted at a SP of 30 to 80

You would think the majority at 80 would take the gain at 20 circ £100m market cap as there is more likely upside now vs downside

A buyout could sure singe 🔥 their nice tidy profits so I wonder at what point they will buy out their shorts 🤔 again pushing the SP 👆

The bulk were taken out in Aug to Oct 2023 when the SP was around 71 to 87 so it's odd they are not closing them out now at 20-21 to take profits if there is a genuine risk of buyout ...
