When VAT went from 15% to 17.5% did we stop buying things? If they do 1-2% I can’t see if being a major thing as ASOS have such huge volume & profits. It’s not like it’s going to half ASOS revenue so it seems an over reaction.

As @ 113p the Market Cap is £393M
Revenue is £2B to £6B
They have £5.46B in assets!
Cash is £857M
Pipeline Business is £5.5B
Outlook good with vaccines

Even with a fine & a few people fired, it is still a VERY undervalued business @ this price

Short term +25% back to 140s
Mid term +50% back to 170
Then beyond ...

What an incredibly rare buy for a company with SOLID fundamentals

Lady Julys closure of Travel Corridors hit this over the week by more than 10% so I can see 145-150 being tested by Wednesday but Monday maybe 152-156

At the end of the day we don’t know so let’s see how markets react but we have seen this before in this share so do have past data to use from July 2020

I would say go back & look at last July when travel corridors were shut

It went down more than 10% last July when travel corridors were closed if history tells us anything

I’m expecting 25% upside here short term with 50% in sight

Joker hold tight it will come good

I bought 5000 & watched it drop sub 4500 last results but it soon bounced to 5300 for me to sell

I was also lucky I had extra cash to average down at 4500 where I bought many more so profit at 5330 was decent

Still see this hitting 6000 & certainly going above 5500 high

Might have to sweat it out - I did & it paid off

At the end of the day it’s a solid company, growing, making money, well loved, good future, taking high street business etc so all fundamentals are strong & analyst ratings support that

If you don’t need cash short term wait it out & maybe add if you can

ASOS is driven by huge institutional investment which gives it stability unlike BOO that jumps all over the place as too heavy on Private Investors
