Yep obvious why they are listing on Nasdaq to acquire or be acquired

Also being listen on Nasdaq makes it an attractive acquisition target

Look at Carnival Corp on NYSE & LSE and many other stocks dual or multi list.

US stocks tend to get better attention & growth and the European equivalent typically follows the US pattern

Nasdaq is where all tech stocks get high growth so that will pull the U.K. stock in the same direction

Me to I think looking good is a #1 priority for the social media & tv generation
