Although another severe drop, once again I think its a complete overreaction. As I see it the main concern for any shareholder should have been the dwindling cash position. I originally thought a strategic partner would have injected cash into Bluejay but alarm bells started ringing with RE's Total Market Solutions interview where all talk of 'by end of year' were omitted, leading to me stating very aggressively to Bluejay in the last week that I thought RE's position had become untenable, and so it proved.

So where do I think we are now? Well although it may not appear it today, in a far better position than we were. I still don't people realise the sheer scale and size of the opportunity at Disko. With the whole island analysed and drill ready, and I've always said KoBold WOULD drill, there's multiple 'very promising targets' that have been identified. More than enough work for a company the size of Bluejay to handle. Personally I'd much rather we divest ourselves of assets where we would have retained no more than 25% ownership and cash them in to ensure we are solvent and can retain 49% of the Disko license going forward. With Greenland, Dundas and our Finnish assets to dispose of, we are going to have more than enough cash to see us through 2024, in my opinion.

I think additional news is in the pipeline and we'll hear sooner rather than later. We now have all the people on board instrumental in the KoBold JV and the one person who was against it, RE, now gone. It was always a hold through next year for me and whilst gutted about the drop, you ain't lost nothing unless you need to sell. All just my opinion.

Iv I liked RE and was very bullish on him. However, to put timescales on his comments and not deliver upon them was naive at best and unforgivable imo. I think all our past partner discussions will now lead to sales and a focus on Disko is a great outcome imo.

As a past holder of UJO yes I am and I'd far rather have people like Rod involved with skin in the game.

After sending repeated emails saying RE's position was untenable, I have to say I'm very happy.

Furthermore, I've always thought we had too many irons in the fire, focusing on the jewel in the crown, Disko, not only validates what I've thought, that KoBold have identified extremely promising targets and will drill extensively next year, but also allows all other assets to be sold, thus funding Bluejay's activities and securing their future.

If there is no tangible news next week than yes I'd expect a holding statement, but although a comfort to some it would be of no interest to me.

Finished with work (and my Bluejay investment) for the year, so going to have a well earned rest and pick things up in the new year. Disappointed but not surprised by the current SP as it was always going to come under pressure with small volume RE not delivering on his self professed deadlines. However, I remain extremely bullish for next year, Bluejay appear confident and optimistic for both strategic partners being signed and for the KoBold drilling campaign at Disko for 2024 and only time will tell if their optimism (and mine) is justified. In answer to your question, at current prices I'd rather be in Bluejay. The reason is simple in that I see the Bluejay SP rising 200-300% over the next quarter, whereas I see Beacon having to do a propellant squeeze which I estimate to take around 3 months. All being well I'll be taking profits out of Bluejay and getting into both Beacon, SOLG and maybe PREM for Q2 2024. BUT that's if I've called it right, and it's going to need a lot of luck. Ashton every share on AIM is a hope share my friend. Whilst I agree with you on Disko I think you'd be foolish to discard the potential of two new strategic partners putting up to $40m into their other assets.

Despite the poor SP looking at the shenanigans from the likes of Beacon Energy, PREM and SOLG, I'm very happy I'm in a company focused on battery metals. Just my personal opinion and if people are in those companies I wish you well.

Ben I agree their technology was meant to speed up the process, but do not forget the data they have analysed has been by far the largest they have ever undertaken. Not only did they look at the $10m current fieldwork program but also included was the $50m worth of historical data, from one of the largest islands in the world. I don't think people understand the sheer scale and size of what they have analysed. Anyway, being complete in principle I believe we should now be looking at the results, shortly to be released imo, and the fact KoBold exploration has already proven to be ten times more accurate in defining targets than traditional exploration.

Ben it's my understanding planning for Disko hadn't started as KoBold geologists were still checking they hadn't missed 'additional promising targets'. Personally I don't see why a company like KoBold would spend 4 times what they had to in Phase 1 if they didn't plan to drill in Phase 2. They may have jumped on the African bandwagon with the USA pumping $5bn into Africa to combat the Chinese but I believe Greenland will be no different and no less important to both KoBold and the USA.

Ben all fair and reasonable points. However, with KoBold in particular I think they have to announce their drilling program very soon. They are contractually obliged to spend $12m or drill around 15 holes, and if they are going to fulfil that commitment in a short drilling window they need to start planning it ASAP imo, especially as they're going to need results by the end of 2024 to have a basis to extend the JV on.

I think the Canadian supply chain strategic has similar pressures, they won't want to miss drilling in 2024, so my guess would have to sign up January at latest.

Finland doesn't have the same pressures but to me is by far the furthest advanced in negotiations. I think its a Nordic miner and I would expect this deal to be announced first, either this month or early next month. Just my thoughts, nothing more although I do know communicating with Bluejay they remain 'confident and optimistic'. Time will tell.

Katamnesia I suppose you posted that twice as you had forgotten you posted it the first time? I think you're spot on, all investors in Bluejay are praying, betting on the turtle and lighting candles, after all who bothers doing any research?

Ra11 yes I'm up for 7 every morning. Looking for either a Canadian partner for Greenland, probably a Nordic partner for Finland or confirmation of the KoBold drilling program for Disko. Saying that, I don't have the time pressures you have put on yourself so I'll be as patient as I need to be. I'm not in Bluejay just for the above, I'm holding for the results as well, especially in Disko.

Ashton surely someone of his knowledge would know that if KoBold completed Phase 1 as per the terms of the agreement, but failed to complete the Phase 2 drilling commitment then 2% of the JV ownership and therefore control would REVERT to Bluejay. Have I said too much? Lol.

Polka the only expertise I have in mining companies is the research i have done in investing in them for over 5 years. So, why do I expect KoBold to drill Disko in 2024? First reason is that Bluejay have said both they and KoBold have agreed to drill it. Secondly, far from doing nothing in 2023, KoBold have analysed over $60m worth of current and historical data to identify their priority targets, and spent four times what they were contractually obliged to in doing so. Thirdly, as part of my research I am one of the few who actually contacted KoBold directly and asked them the question. I am sure with your undoubtedly superior knowledge you can guess what the answer was. So, for the last time, if its not for you then don't invest in Bluejay, and if its not for you, why are you wasting your time posting on this board? Don't bother responding, I think most if not all know the answer to that one.

Bluesky so you are saying nothing will happen with KoBold as they enter the last year of their agreement with Bluejay? So let's get it right, they spend the last year analysing $50m worth of historical data, add over $10m of their own field work (4 times more than they had to), they are contractually obliged to drill...but you believe they'll just do nothing and walk away instead? Umm maybe mining companies aren't the best investment for you.

As for long long term, there isn't a long term without a short term for Bluejay. They need investment by the end of Q1 else they'll run out of runway. They also need their other district scale opportunity in Greenland and their 3 opportunities in Finland drilled next year. The above comes from supportive strategics signed up for both, and they need them both by January at latest. KoBold announcing their drill program adds value. A strategic funding drilling in Greenland adds value. A strategic funding drilling in Finland adds value. A capital injection into Bluejay adds value. Drilling results in both territories add potentially substantial value later next year. There's no gamble here. You either believe through research the above will happen or you don't and invest elsewhere. As I've said countless times we'll know who's right in the weeks ahead, and by that I mean 1-6 weeks at most. Personally I remain very bullish and have absolutely no problem others taking a different view.

Ra11 it wasn't that they eluded to no fund raise in 2023, the point that RE made was that the days of junior miners raising equity from shareholders had changed, probably forever. Nowadays they are most likely to funded by car manufacturers, OEMS, battery manufacturers. Major miners etc. Let's hope RE delivers soon. Personally I think with camps having to be set up, equipment and shipping having to be booked in advance and a visa taking three months to process for foreign workers in Greenland, all expected news must be delivered in January at latest, else they risk losing the 2024 drilling season.

Yes I always use their exact words. Others are 'confident' and 'optimistic' Hope things happen in the time fame you're looking for.

Ra11 if you recall I thought the strategic partner for Finland would be signed much earlier. I believed this because the negotiations were at 'an advanced stage', giving RE the confidence they'd certainly be completed this year. I was further reassures when Jay changed their stance to say they were confident of securing 'a supportive strategic partner' with all the connotations that brings. So if there is delay why would that be? Well RE said he was in discussions with 2 strategics in his last interview buy interestingly in my last communication with Bluejay this week they now state they are in discussions with 'multiple entities' Still 2 strategics? I'm not sure, I think there are now more. That may well be the reason for any delay and if I'm right that'll only mean one thing, a better deal for Bluejay that was previously on the table. Maybe just maybe our assets are as valuable as RE has stated they are! Like you im not happy with the current SP but it's been driven down on very small volume. I firmly believe we'll be closer to 4p than 1p in the coming days and weeks once the volume returns.

Iv/Ashton I am assured discussions are very much ongoing and Bluejay have said they'll update the market as soon as practicable. They are obviously aware of RE's comments and IF they don't manage to close any of the deals this month I'm sure they'll do exactly what you've eluded to, issue a holding statement on the current situation.
