So,

coming weeks...2 to 6 weeks...is that a fair approximation of the meaning of that phrase? The end of Q3 is about 6 weeks from the Interim Results date.
Implications are that the partners want everything up and running, all the winkles ironed out, staffing levels sorted and in place, staff trained, unions put back in their box/appeased.
More importantly the level of charges that MPS will be charging to have been accepted and agreed. Perhaps then everyone will know the fair cut that WSG will take. The key to long term contracts is both parties make money and there is not resentment that one side is screwing the other. As long as make decent coin and are 'singing from the same hymn book' everything should work out.
We should get the contract signed by the time the port is operating at full whack.

In the mean time, what else might drop?

SP is bonkers at this price IMHO

I've held this company for a very long time, I de-risked last year. I've taken nothing off of the table following the drill result. I won't until the company is bought or they sell Orinduik. I hope they will sell Orinduik for somewhere between $500m and $1billion , pay a massive special dividend to share holders, retain $100million for new ventures and to progress Namibia (my original reason for buying into the company). There will definitely be an asset sale, there will be bidding war, a lot of money to be made here.

Basic business in fine fettle, Ghana contracts being finalised, Tema running at full steam by end of Q3, New business in the offing all over, some talk of Asia and S. America, new JVs in the offing, SL has record traffic, tech division flying, training going great guns, key guard integrating fine and providing some good bread and butter...what is not to like!!

I don't think they are being processed for nothing. I am sure MPS are charging full fees. I am also sure WSG will get paid for all the work done once the contract terms have been agreed.

I agree in part with the idea of an interim agreement so tat WSG are at least getting paid for all the work they ave been doing the past two months.

One proviso ... interim agreements could drag on for ages and become, by default, long term agreements. Those terms are unlikely to be in the best interests of WSG.

tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing what has been going on the past month or two and seeing how the numbers are stacking up so far this year. A very exciting time for us share holders. Once they finalise this Tema contract, a lot of money will get attracted to the stock. And then we have the promise of multiple other long term MSPs to come. It's all coming, just got to wait...as per normal!!

Just a quick hello to the old regulars on this BB. Happy days with this result. A lot more to come, I have sold none on this drill news.

I think the Guyana asset will be bought from us by this time next year for multiples of today's SP. I cans see a large special dividend coming back to share holders and ECO moving on to develop the Namibian portfolio (there could be an oil discovery there soon as there are 3 wells due to be drilled) and acquire fresh acreage in new Atlantic margin territories.

Looking back at the wording it is somewhat ambiguous Mike. Now WSG are doing the secondary scanning WSG might be employing those people as well as training them...I guess it will all come out 'in the wash'!
If we go on £10 per container (at the AGM PF implied higher when I asked him about it) then this contract is just great and so much implied growth to come . On top of that There is the port up the coast which could also come into play and I suspect we are doing business of one sort or another at the airport.

That has changed Mike, the scope of what WSG do has increased to the secondary scanning hence they are employing and training hundreds, see the latest RNS about it

Whilst where the warrants lie will 'come out in the wash' via the administration process, (I suspect the majority of the money came from SVS clients, therefor the warrants will lie with them) WSG have an extra million pounds in the bank and SVS/and their clients cannot trade i.e. flip the placement. Clear runway when the news starts dropping.

Looks like they are no longer taking applications for the manager's job. They had over 200 on the linked advert...looks like they have more than enough applicants or they have filled the job

Yrab...back in the day whilst invested in GKP, I was on holiday in the middle of some mountains. Really weak, very occasional internet connections. As a result I didn't log on much. One day I logged on and had a 5 bagger.....weird, didn't believe it, double checked and all good. Sat on my hands. A couple of weeks later, same thing happened...now had a ten bagger. If I had had access to my account/s, I would have sold out way earlier. Good lesson
