This little dip does look a bit like a deliberate attempt to sahke us out after sitting so long at the same too tight to be tradeable range. I see no reason why this shouldn't rise - but then you never know.

Nobody is more of a gold fan than I am but 2000 is an obvious resistance point. Plus HL have gone out of their way to say reduce your gold weights to 10%. I think another big concerted short on gold is on the way. However once that's done with 5000 nailed on - JMHO.
