Interesting - why ?

The manipulation started here with the big run down and has continued ever since. I think a hostile US takeover is coming - not based on any hints or inside knowledge - just based upon the market behaviour. Still if it got the product made and used worldwide - it would be good news for the world.

Of course they are not being fair. When were they ever ? Look at the fiasco of the treatment coverage. Evry inferior US cure being announced as a miracle when we all know there's one obvious most effective treatment - and it comes from the UK. The testing arguments are perhaps less cut and dried but I think the situation is the same. Trump doesn't mind sacrificing livs and well being to save his economy and re-election.

Its like these run down main index shares are starting to act like AIM shares - which is why I've started trading them. Big rewards if you can keep your nerve and keep trading in a contrarian mode.

Have you not noticed all the US indices are also at records. Of course they are priced in dollars and the dollar is disntegrating even more quickly than the pound.

The Universiyies are having students back. Boris is telling people they must go to city centres and they must use the local businesses there. I won't be - but I know most people are like you folk here and think themselves too young and immortal to be worried by a virus. There was an interesting link on the UFO board to a US financial "expert" explaining it quiet well. We a re printing money, the US is priting money, you can't print gold - or bitcoin - so all our money will go down in value and all commodities - and the mysterious bitcoin, but after silver has caught up - especially gold and/or the mysterious bitcoin - will go up. My only concern is you can call bitcoin something else, all the financial brotherhood can buy the something else - and bitcoin can be history tomorrow. You can't do that with gold. So I think the big money may decide playing crypto swapsies may be the way to fleece us all... I think we are in the right place but we have to be wary and trade actively (JMHO).

And that announcement could be at the US open...

CS doesn't get it - maybe invest in 3LUS and VILX and super beta the two opposites. I have pondered this option and VILX plus LQQ3 but my records show I do better if I pick boom sectors and best performers and switch as the zeitgeist changes. Of course I always carry some VILX because if I keep topping up - I always get a chance to profit from some of those trades on the down days. It is as you say what works for me. Covid is still a boom sector. How the ???? does any of us know which test is going to wn the lottery ?

Yes happy day for me there already. Will bring renewed optimism here and elsewhere but I;m not holding my breath - let's see where we are with vaccines in 2 years time (maybe that means I am holding my breath ?).

Ifthey both go down - its no worse than 1. If one goes up and one goes down I wait for the dust to settle and rebalance. Look at any stock graph, even the worst - and they always give you a chance to get out with a long or at worse short term profit.

CS - so why pick a winner - if one goes down 50% while the other goes up 100% and you are balanced in both - you win.
