All the signs are we will at least get a GOOD RESULT in both cases, if we are lucky we may get an EXCELLENT RESULT.

Scamp - Yes, you have been saying the same thing and anybody who has read my posts will know that my comments about Block Energy have not always been favourable but they are still there and in that time they have amassed a lot of valuable information and data and they do now have a comprehensive strategy for the whole portfolio.
Furthermore, all the signs are that WRBO1 ST will be a success and if so, together with producing well JKT-01Z will sow the seeds for the other wells in Project 1. If you have not already done so I suggest you read the CPR.

There has been quite a lot of news in the last couple of weeks and if you add it all together I think Block have now turned a corner and are going in the right direction.

Project 1:
WRBO1 - Low cost well spudded and with reference to the CPR this should have a very good chance of producing at a similar rate to JKT-01Z, all the infrastructure and gas pipeline already in situ. CPR says drilling time 45 days including set up so I would think we could have an indication of where we are mid January.
JKT-01Z - Has been producing for nearly a year an a consistent rate.
Project 2:
Testing (3 zones) still continuing - Primary objective to support design of future wells but any production flows will be a bonus.
Project 3:
Workover and retest candidates being selected.
Project 4:
Farm out Agreement at no cost - one on the books for the future.
SLB:
108,000 SLB Options not taken up - less dilution.

I am surprised the share price has dropped over the last week.

Seems to have changed his tune a bit!!

The above is an extract from yesterdays TMS article. I believe it was written by Justin Reynolds who used to be Block Energy's Communications Officer.

Mark Epstein, CEO Mobile Streams, said in February, 2022:

Question : So is Tim Scoffham now promoting the Mobile Streams version or the identical SportsLocker version in potential new territories around the world??

Having read the terms and conditions I am assuming that the "third party provider" that City is referring to is Sports and Media Interactive (S&MI ltd) a company owned by Tim Scoffham and incorporated on the 24th August, 2022.

If what City says is correct what I don't understand is that if Mobile Streams operate in say territories A, B and C and Sportlocker operate in territories X,Y and Z why is the "Terms and Conditions" on the web sites the same for all territories, i.e. mention of Sportlocker but absolutely no mention of Mobile Streams.

My original question was about the "Terms and Conditions" and what happens to the subscriptions.
You obviously know what is being said on the other chat board and you reckon this is all "fairly straightforward," - wish I felt the same way.

Piscator - I am not saying your assumptions are incorrect but the CPR relates to the five wells in Project 1 area and the current DEEP well is in Project 2 area.

So as nobody has commented on my earlier post re Terms and Conditions on the Placar365 and Futbol365 websites I take it you are all happy that the subscriptions appear to be paid to S & MI Ltd and not Mobile Streams.

I read all the RNS's and listen to all the podcasts.
For the avoidance of doubt I am referring to the "Terms and Conditions" information on both websites and also the fact that the business was only incorporated this year.

As far as I can see the Terms and Conditions on the web sites refer's to contracts with Sports & Media Interactive (S&MI Ltd), a company set up by Tim Scoffham on the 24th August, 2022 - Are you saying you understand all this??

No they are NOT - Check the Significant Shareholders list.

Furthermore, I am now inclined to think that we may have to wait from the results from the upcoming WR-BO1 before any NDF funding is announced. i.e. The funding is for Project 1, the CPR related to Project 1, WR-BO1 is the first well in Project 1 and the results will hopefully confirm the assumptions / conclusions in the CPR.

Actually, the CPR earlier in the year was produced for the purpose of obtaining the NDF.

The DEEP well evaluation could be a factor in acquiring the NDF but the funding was intended for Project 1, Project 2 was meant to be self funded (RNS 11th July).
