Believe it or not I am fairly relaxed about the share price. Admittedly I took some off the table at 88p and am now on a free ride but to me the future looks very good.

The company has so far made 7 bitcoin purchases rising in value each time, the last one 2 days ago at £1.2m, and now holding 58 BTC in Forza.

They will continue to buy during the coming days with existing funds and could reach a holding of 100 BTC by next week.

They have a GM in July to obtain authorization for future raises and I am sure this will be forthcoming.

There is also the little matter of the Yellow Token launch in the coming weeks.

Having watched the recent podcasts, etc I think COIN are a very well rounded team (MP, JVS & ET) who know what they are doing.

Only my opinion but I believe the share price will shortly return to the 50-60 p mark.

As far as I am aware these were the guys that:

23rd May - Subscribed £250,000 to original fund raise.

29th May - Cancelled subscription due to proximity of interim results.

2ndJune - Reinstated subscription via associated Investment Vehicles.

On Monday we were as high as 90p

Today we were as low as 20p

In the first instance lets get back to somewhere in the middle. i.e, 50p - 60p

I am thinking two or three more significant BTC purchases before the next raise bringing us up to perhaps 100 BTC - That should help the SP.

I think the only reason there was a Trading Statement at the end of July last year was because it coincided with the extension of the $2m loan facility.

One of the good things about Block was that they used to have Quarterly Trading Statements - IMO, good or bad, they should never have stopped them.

They have not said there will be no more purchases - what they have said is that they want to have sufficient authority to issue more shares in the event that a decision is taken to seek further funding.

I am anticipating there will be several additional BTC purchases prior to the GM.

Just listened - JVS comes across very well when he is allowed to speak and appears very professional.

Interestingly he said he had been in the Bitcoin space for 7/10 years but had never heard of some of the people popping up in some of these other BTC companies!!! (jumping on bandwagon springs to mind)

Me to Dave, sold a few yesterday at 88p and bought them back at 62p - but not complaining.

We know the plan - just waiting for the execution.

BigDave13 - I believe we are well on track - Of the £5,5 m that you mention £4m of that will only just be available to spend so I think the next BTC purchase could well be in the next couple of days. The last 4 purchases rose in value each time, £410k, £510k, £600k and £800k so I would imagine the next BTC purchase will almost certainly be a seven figure sum - then possibly the next raise.

Just have!! - and no, I am not tempted back to CLAI (did do a small trade there just after initial placing)

Just an observation.

SWC purchase nearly 200 BTC and just one post on this chat board - well two now!!

Prior to 8.00 am this morning I was thinking "purchase" but now I am thinking it could be another "raise".

From RNS of the 14 April, 2025:

"The monitoring and verification plan for the pilot (to ensure that the carbon dioxide is sequestered as planned into solid calcium carbonate) is currently being designed. Once this is done, then injection will begin. CO2 will be supplied by Indorama, a major international petro-chemical company, who are Block's partners on this Project."

Agreed - more or less a sentence that I have been using for the last couple of weeks.

ID78 - Comparison with SWC 1 month ago:

14th May - SWC added 8.61 BTC making a total of 19.20 BTC

20th May - SWC added 16.42 BTC making a total of 35.62 BTC

If COIN added a further 15 BTC this week they would have a total BTC holding in excess of 40 BTC

"to raise approximately £2,500,000 through the issue of new ordinary shares of no-par value (“Ordinary Shares”) each in the capital of the Company (“WRAP Retail Offer Shares”), at a price of 22.2 pence per share."

COIN are doing fine, like I say check out SWC timeline:

7th May - added 4.85 BTC (total 10.59 BTC) then raised £2.24m @ 16p

14th May - added 8.61 BTC (total 19.20 BTC) then raised £3.45m @ 27p

20th May - added 16.42 BTC(total 35.62 BTC then raised £6.83m @ 49p

I think you will find that SWC did not spend anywhere near the amount raised in the early days, i.e. 1 month ago!

By way of comparison:

14th May SWC added 8.61 btc making a total of 19.20 btc

16th June COIN added 6.5577 btc making a total of 25.292 btc
