Lothbury - There is absolutely nothing inaccurate about the last post.
Bluepun - Livescores / Sportlocker
Go down to the bottom of the futbol365 page where it says All rights reserved 2023 Mobile Streams and click on "Terms and Conditions" and hey presto, the link with Sportlocker.
LiveScores was launched in Argentina, Mexico and Brazil.
Your comments about EFC does not make sense, you don't have to live in Africa to buy an EFC NFT.
In the world of sports, where innovation is key, SportLocker and EFC® have joined forces in and exclusive partnership in Brazil. By combining SportLocker’s 24-hour on-demand service offering a wide range of sports content, and EFC’s position as a world-leading MMA organisation, fans in Brazil will now have more access to top quality MMA content than ever before.
The rise of SportLocker: a game-changing platform for sports enthusiasts
SportLocker, a 24 hour on-demand sports streaming platform, has quickly emerged as a go-to destination for sports enthusiasts. With a vast library of highlights, news, real-time statistics, live scores, and exclusive content, SportLocker is not just following the curve, but creating it. Offering approximately 150 new pieces of sports content daily, this platform caters to the insatiable appetite of sports fans craving for up-to-the-minute updates and engaging content.
SportLocker’s Operations Director, Tim Scoffham is thrilled with the partnership commenting: “This is an incredibly exciting time for SportLocker – MMA in Brazil has been getting bigger and bigger over the last couple of years, and there is no sign of that dwindling. We could not have hoped for a better launch into the live MMA space than with EFC.”
Bluespun - I have absolutely no idea what you are on about.
Bluepun - I happen to be very interested in the whole Quanta / Livescore's / Sportslocker debacle as should you be if you are invested here - I asked sp8stock a question and he kindly replied.
Sp8stock - Thanks for your reply.
Hi Bluepun,
Yes, I was aware that Scores Entertainment Ltd was taken over by MOS and subsequently ceased trading this year however there still seemed to be some life in LiveScores in March this year, the following is an extract from the RNS dated 27th March, 2023:
"The Board believes that the LiveScores services, IGS partnership, Streams Data offering and, in particular, the Group's growing sports NFT business create significant opportunities for the Company to deliver growth in shareholder value via newly developed products and services."
As far as I am aware MOS have made no subsequent announcements regarding either LiveScores or the IGS partnership although as you know there has been much speculation on this chat board,
Sp8stock, you mention the ASX partnership in the Pacific Islands with Sportlocker and SM&I and that led you here to MOS.
I would be grateful if you could explain how that led you here.
lostmoney - i agree the post is out of nowhere and a bit weird but you misunderstood what the poster was saying.
the poster was not saying sportslocker was interested in mos. s&mi ltd ("sportlocker") is a relatively new company owned by tim scoffham.
the poster was actually saying that the australian company sp8 could be interested in buying "weare" company (ts company) and/or acquire mos assets.
imo all poppy**** but you never know??
Ps - There is debate on this chat board during December 2022 about the fact that the Sportslocker site and the LiveScores site at the tme were of the the same format.
I believe the common thread with "SportsLocker" and "We Are" is Tim Scoffham - extracts from MOS RNS 11th Feb, 2022:
"Mobile Streams plc is pleased to announce that it has taken sole ownership of the LiveScores services that it had previously been operating under a revenue share agreement with Quanta Media Group ('Quanta'). LiveScores was developed by Tim Scoffham in association with Quanta with its first launch in Mexico as per the MOS announcement of 26 July 2021. MOS has agreed to acquire LiveScores (the 'Acquisition') and cancel the revenue share agreement with Quanta, thereby removing any revenue share and giving MOS total control of not only the services previously announced but also the underlying platform engine, domains and IP that support LiveScores. LiveScores has subsequently launched in Argentina and Brazil. The Company is also pleased to announce four B2B contracts to deliver its LiveScores services platform in various territories including Italy, India, Turkey and Africa."
"Additionally, the Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim Scoffham to lead the global LiveScores business and develop additional opportunities for the Company. Tim has spent much of his career in mobile marketing, content creation and affiliation, with emphasis in frontier territories of LATAM, Africa and Asia. Working directly with many telecom carriers around the World, Tim has provided strategies for clients to help better monetise mass audiences through content distribution and engagement."
Perhaps someone else with more knowledge than me can fill in the gaps and give an update on the current situation.
Not sure what happened there - sorry

Good morning Madman-Rob, I agree with 95% of your post but based upon yesterdays RNS I am thinking the first piece of news will be that a MOU has been agreed.
With regard to timing that is "how long is a piece of string", however my instinct tells me it may not be that far away.
