GK - it does seem strange that the options were cancelled as I thought the options were in lieu of 40% of salary for the month of May.

I am fully aware that Tom Gutteridge and Annabel Jamieson are on the management team at MOS and are being employed on a part time basis and will receive payment by way of shares in 2021, my point was they are NOT on the Board of Directors of Mobile Streams as you implied.
Furthermore, regarding Corporate Governance, the Audit Committee of Mobile Streams comprise of Nigel Burton and Charles Goodfellow who are NOT directors of Krunch. Mark Epstein although on the BOD is not on the Audit Committee.
Even if it was possible to funnel all the money to Krunch your statement re the "BOD being quids in" would not be correct, how would this benefit Nigel Burton and Charles Goodfellow.
If you still believe there is skulduggery afoot that is up to you but personally I am quite happy with the tie up between the two companies. I am also very pleased that MOS have appointed Richard Brinkman who seems a high calibre sort of guy who I am sure will help deliver additional contracts in the near future.

Evansalone - Only ONE of the four directors of Krunch, Mark Epstein, is on the BOD of Mobile Streams, do you really think that Nigel Burton the Chairman and shareholder of Mobile Streams would allow what you suggest to happen.

Sold my last lot of shares yesterday but I did only pay 0.94p for them so not to bad, but still down overall.

"The Group is in the final stages of negotiating to engage Bago LLC to construct a gas pipeline and to revise the sales agreement for West Rustavi gas."

"As previously announced, gas sales are forecast to commence during H2 2020, once the WR-16aZ and WR-38 wells have been tied into the inlet manifold and the gas sales pipeline has been installed."

They have to lay a pipeline from the WR38 site to the WR16aZ / EPF site to connect up the gas to the EPF and BAGO have to complete the gas sales pipeline. I don't think there will be any gas sold until Q4.

BF - EPF been on one map or another for a while so I (and others) have assumed that this is 'where' it will be located (once delivered) - does seem to make sense to be there.

I will remember that if I see the film - may take on a whole new meaning!!

WR16aZ - just east of village, south of road, can see compound, large white tank in bund, flaring hole, etc
WR38 - abutting southern edge of village towards the western end, can see drilling rig, cabins, tanks, etc,

Morning Chris - in answer to your question re on twitter re MB the answer is almost certainly YES. - Go back a couple of days on the MOS twitter page and you will see a big clue in the small print.

A presentation and answers to the key questions will be posted on the Company's website on the day of the AGM.

I assume this will also have to be covered in some way by an RNS.

It would appear that Mark Barry is the same Mark Barry who is the founder and MD of Adviser Portals Ltd - interesting.

Agree Phoenix - Even if we ignore the original Xmas 2019 predictions , based upon the more recent communications I was anticipating a more modest 600 bopd and 3 MMCF/d gas from say 3 or 4 wells at WR in 2020 to provide a financial foundation to the company (and that was before the oil price dropped), but all that went out of the window when they released the April 7th RNS.

Agree, assuming the Schlumberger Deal is concluded and the current production rates don't decline.
