Yep - Based upon previous feedback I sense it will be a positive presentation and I would imagine the Audited Accounts RNS may probably also include a progress statement regarding the recent Streams launch and an update on other activities.

City - I had to look the word up - lets just say that if you and me were of the same opinion as MG (which we are not) we would probably keep quiet and sell up quickly before everybody else found out!!!

I suggest you wait for the next RNS and Investor Presentation in November which will hopefully answer your questions - not that long to wait.

With re to running out of cash, I don't envisage that will be a problem. see following comments from Mark B:

The Legacy business has NO financial drag on the company at all.

Development of an App ( prob Q3 next year ) which will not need to be funded by a raise.

As per previous RNS - awarding of shares to BOD and Management is at a fixed price and way into next year.

V111JAS - I agree with the bulk of your comments including the value of AJW.s technical contributions to this board - but the problem is that as soon as someone raises a FACT for discussion, if that FACT is of a slightly negative nature then the poster is immediately labelled a member of the "pee take shorters", (with no evidence they are) the board descends into name calling and chaos and there is no discussion. Anyway, got that off my chest, all the best and GL.

We have also been led to believe there will be an Investor Presentation towards the end of November.

I would imagine the Audited Accounts RNS may probably also include some sort of progress statement regarding the recent Streams launch and this will precede the Investor Presentation.

So, perhaps about 3 weeks to wait for an update?

I think you are totally wrong, for a long time AJW has accused many posters on this board of being part of the "pee take shorters mob" or similar and in most cases I do not believe this to be true.

You say that mischievous posters will have ZERO effect on the eventual outcome here - I AGREE

So which of the following statements has most credibility:

nfw123 - price has dropped to present levels on facts and results

AJW - price has dropped after a concerted campaign by the pee take shorters.

According to my calculations Myles has added 2,500,000 shares to the FMM Investments Ltd holding .
Was 57,500,000 shares yesterday - now it is 60,000,000 shares
ref Oilbethere's earlier post, I believe he also has additional shares to those in FMM Investments.

I think you will find that Myles has NOT reduced his holding.
His holding on 17th July was 57,500,000 shares
His holding yesterday was 57,500,000 shares
It is the percentage that has altered, down from 5.01% to 4.96%, presumably because someone bought the extra warrant shares recently which increased the total number of shares.

Only a bit of a wild shot here but it is possible there could be an RNS in the morning before the presentation. Whatever happens there should be an RNS before the end the month re the fully audited accounts to 30th June and this may include some additional information.

RT003 - know what you are saying but I was quite happy come close of play Friday - we had 7.5M warrant shares bought at 0.5p and someone bought a further 6M shares on the market at 0.29p.
