GP Jersey increased from 15,680,000 to 25,758,000 on the 31st
JF increased from 13,156,263 to 26,266,263 on the 31st - (subsequently sold a few)

According to my calcs the above three acquired 30,808.000 new shares collectively which as you say leaves the bulk of the new shares unaccounted for??

He is not the only one - Alistair Ferguson. Jon Fitzpatrick and G P Jersey Ltd have all increased their stake in Block (approx 13% combined of new total)

I assume an RNS in the next couple of hours confirming results of General Meeting and several TR1 s tomorrow, revised holdings and/or percentages.

Hi Orange - My observations are as follows:
From a Technical perspective, since RM left Block have apparently appointed a new Technical Director, 2 No Technical Managers , outside consultants EPI all in addition to the existing in house technical team that JB referred to in the video. All the above may very well be necessary to produce results but it appears to be a very full house and will come at a significant cost. May very well have been a factor in the recent cash raise.
