I agree with you Spudsoil, the RNS on the 3rd Dec said the Phase 1 drilling programme would be completed within the the next 12 months, so there surely has to be an announcement soon regarding programme if they stand any chance of meeting that target date for Phase 1 completion.

AJW - As well as the FD, Phillip Dimmock and Chris Brown have also exercised nil cost options this year.

Just to say I know absolutely nothing on the subject, however having occasionally looked in on the Scirrocco chat board a few times there seems to be a suggestion their that Malcy is quite close to the Directors - in fact it would seem that he has kinder words to say about them than most of the shareholders do!!

Mal - I agree with all your comments and your assessment of PH and have been of that opinion throughout, if I did have reservations it was his small shareholding but that has now been rectified in the last couple of days, a huge vote of confidence.

Paul Haywood, CEO, has exercised an option to acquire 4,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at the exercise price of 2.5 pence per share.

On 16 March 2021, the Company received the exercise proceeds of £110,000 and allotted 4,400,000 Ordinary Shares to Paul Haywood.

AJW - I did not pass any comment on the wage bill, I just stated what I believed it to be.

When the Directors first started taking 40% of their salaries in shares I calculated the salaries from the known value of the 40% allocation in April, 2020, my post from May of last year:

"Once again, according to my calculations based upon the April figures the Director annual salaries / remuneration (including shares) would appear to be as follows:"

PH - £175,000
RM - £150,000
WM - £125,000
PD - £40,000
CB - £25,000

I am afraid I have not got the inclination to recalculate and update the list but that was the situation a year ago.

Hi Thordon - I know we established that Vidacos Nominees increased by approx 600,000 in the last couple of weeks, just asking out of interest, do you know for sure that it was them selling??

Afrim - As I said below this is all historical stuff, the Block Energy shares held by Plutus Strategies have remained constant for several years and were awarded several years ago in lieu of payment for services provided in the past.

Yes, I don't think they are trading as such, the company assets comprise the Block Energy shares that have remained a constant for the last few years and were awarded in lieu of payment for services provided several years ago. Niall Tomlinson appears to have now relocated to Canada.
