Steve - I totally agree that doing that interview on the Friday afternoon was a mistake and I said so in several of my posts at the time. That said, I do not think the management are short sighted as a whole, quite the reverse in fact, and from where I am standing I can see everything coming together very nicely on several fronts. Yes, I was aware of the Salary / Share arrangement and I think it is good that NB, ME, TG, and AJ all now have a significant shareholding in the company and also a good thing that Mobile Streams are now firmly in the driving seat rather than Krunch.

More snide remarks about the Krunch deal, very clever.
The fact that you say that the deal with Krunch "isn't really something worth writing home about" proves to me that you have absolutely no comprehension of the inter-relationship between the two business's, past and present, and why the deal was so important for the future of Mobile Streams, overseen by the Independant Directors.
Also in R1,s diatribe no mention of the exciting tie up with Quanta and the unexpected but now very likely additional significant income from the legacy business.
And Steve, why on earth would we need another placing anytime soon, if at all, there is currently approx £2M left in the bank.

The figures you have quoted are for Streams only - There is also the additional revenue from the legacy business - In December this was £9,000 per month. It now looks as though this could significantly increase due to the tie up with Quanta, extract from the recent RNS:

"Following the announcement on 18 March that Quanta had signed a major contract to use the Streams data platform, it has become clear that there are multiple opportunities to drive revenue growth via the partnership. It is now likely that MOS will be able to drive extra revenue from its legacy business as initially thought, whilst Quanta has also confirmed it should be able to utilise its iGaming platform to drive additional revenue from the legacy MOS IP, including mobilegaming.com.

R1bobuk - I know what you are hinting at and you are wrong, you seem to forget that the two Independent Directors of Mobile Streams are nothing to do with Krunch and are working in the interests of Mobile Streams shareholders as a whole, extract from RNS:

Independent Directors' Opinion

Mark Epstein, the Company's CEO, is a 33.5% shareholder and director of Krunch. Therefore, the Directors independent of Krunch, being Nigel Burton and Charles Goodfellow (the "Independent Directors"), consider that the proposed acquisition significantly reduces a principal risk to the Company's existing relationship with the Streams Data business, and therefore to the Group as a whole, being the Company's current position of paying for and assisting with the development of the IP within Krunch but not owning or having a right over its ownership, and that the terms were attractive to the Company based on budgeted revenues to be generated by Streams Data from 2022.

No need for crystal balls, just read all the RNS,s from the 15th March until now and listen to the Vox market interview of the 18th March and form an opinion.

AJW - Agree with your comments re Geowiz - he asks the same question over and over again, albeit with slight variation, and fails to acknowledge published flow rates and the fact that WR16aZ and WR38 will have significantly different flow levels in the first instance.

Totally agree Thordon - I was in the middle of typing this when your post popped up:
Beddex - IMO it is of absolutely no relevance to the current situation however if you are that way inclined look at the Plutus website for services once offered, look at the company accounts to see the Block Energy shares held for several years and the fact that they do not appear to have carried out any work for several years and look at the Historical Block Energy annual reports. All very old news.

Afrim - As I said before this is all historical stuff, the Block Energy shares held by Plutus Strategies have remained constant for several years and were awarded several years ago in lieu of payment for services provided in the long distant past.

Let me put it a different way, where does Malcy get his information from re the disgruntled shareholder group and why is he fed this information?
