Oh how much I love a nice inflection point. I am sure this is exactly what Brian Tenner had in mind when he spoke so confidently about inflection points.
Can someone please buy us out. Here the proposition:
1. Small GBP company with validated tech ( thank you for extensive commercialisation Samsung)
2. CEO who is liberal with his words but economic with the truth (can/should be immediately offloaded)
3. Loyal but deceived shareholder base that is looking for a clear-out of discredited management
Please please someone buy us out and actually make this company great.
Well done Feeks and I am happy for you that the damage done due to Mr Tenner’s deceiving communication is being softened for you.
Ddubya: Correct and one needs to be wilfully blind not to see that some shareholders were just so UNBELIEVABLY lucky (wink wink) in their timing.
You will wait a long time!
Oh NGR we are basically where we have been before the transformational Samsung settlement that was touted as a “major inflection point”…
My sincere condolences. I have lost my sense of humour as I feel misled and betrayed.
Brian Tenner just has no integrity so bring on the EGM so I can use my shares to vote him out.
Boom…..pfffffff…..air already gone out.
…and a CEO that cannot be trusted.
@warren: The problem right now is that the company has not been held to account and these investor presentations managed by the company don’t go deep enough.
Sorry trust needs to be earned abs right now none is left.
I don’t want a witch hunt I want a professional enquiry as there are enough aspects that stink here so I hope that Pallas/Hammodi bring this to court. If Tenner and others are innocent they have nothing to worry about.
@NGR: Right now we have neither the cherry nor the cake that Mr Tenner spoke of. With regard to his words do you really not think that they are a joke given the share price back then and now?
@Ecclescake: Or maybe you belong to the category of people who think that Brian meant that accepting a sim that halves the share price is “transformational” in a positive manner and was a “major inflection point” - oh how we now know how empty and hollow his words were.
@Ecclescake: We are all free to decide how to invest but I want to warn potential new investors.
I find it quite disappointing actually that some people just want to ignore that the CEO has systematically and intentionally misled investors- if you condone such despicable behaviour that is up to you.
@warren: I am a frequent poster here to warn unsuspecting potential new investors here not to invest in a company which CEO has over months misled private investors.
I also post here as I think there are some people like NGR who seem very very keen just to draw a big veil over the absolutely shameful outcome of the Samsung litigation and yes the misleading of investors by Brian Tenner.
Every CEO is replaceable including Brian Tenner. And as an investor I would prefer a CEO I can actually trust rather than a CEO that has thoroughly discredited himself.
With regard to the CEO we need someone with commercial acumen - not so sure about Brian in that regard given that he let Samsung off the hook for a pittance.
I opened it and closed the report within 1 minute… look Brian Tenner pulled the wool over my eyes but he did so only once.
Follow the RNS on commercial deals with clear details in it and don’t buy before. Too much ramping fluff had been put out by Nanoco in the past.
Not interested frankly. The only thing I trust concerning Nanoco are clearly written RNS announcing a commercial order.
Tornadotony: I guess now every client knows under what pressure Nanoco is and they can drive a hard hard bargain which means less profit to Nanoco shareholders.
@Valueformoney: I meant new investors. Those tied into this nightmare have now the unenviable decision to make whether to stay invested with a company that is led by a CEO of questionable moral judgment (I am being kind here in my phrasing) or whether to sell at a loss.
@NGR: Someone who has no argument left will resort to personal attacks.
Never mind hopefully Hammodi and Pallas will soon see you go into overdrive and Tenner leave the company. He has done enough damage and there must be enough managers around that can take his place…. It is not like that they have to step in big shoes anyway.
