As far as I'm concerned Mike Burton has got to earn a living in his chosen trade. He replied to my email within 24 hrs. If CMR do go down the pan Mike and the other directors are dead in the water. Maybe I'm just an eternal optomist but I think CMR will come through their current problems.
I sent the following email to CMR yesterday :
"As a concerned shareholder, I would be grateful if you could give me an
update on the appointment of a new Nomad and the financial situation
pertaining to Blucrest. "
and received the following reply :
"Thank you for your email.
CMR was de-listed from AIM on 6th March.
The new nomad was unable to be appointed due to the discussions
continuing between CMR and the finance provider for our Quintana Gold
Mine in Colombia.
We expect to re-list at the earliest available opportunity once
negotiations have been completed.
Kind regards
Michael Burton
Director
Cambridge Mineral Resources plc "
Thanks for that top jockey, I think they will re-list and any current shareholding will still be valid, but I think the way CMR have behaved over the last couple of months does not bode well for future !
