Company is implying a c.15% hit to earnings, therefore assume new eps of about 21p.

Puts it on a PE of 11.6x.

Obvious risk is that management are underestimating the profits hit.

Rather than speculate on what is happening, it’s incumbent on the company to tell their shareholders what the current situation is.

I’m fed up to the back teeth on the lack of clarity of the Board’s communications with shareholders. They don’t even respond when you communicate directly with them.

McCarthy juggling two hats is now completely unacceptable.

Time for him to step down as Chairman at Incanthera.

What the f*ck is going on?

Shareholders are entitled to clarity and honesty in communications from their board of directors. Today’s RNS leaves more questions than answers. The fact that the agreement with Marionnaud/Watson was not mentioned at all leaves the market to speculate that the agreement is dead. Time for McCarthy to go and concentrate solely on Immupharma.
